He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Very thorough with the inspection and the report was specific and detailed. In September 2019, luckily, we had James AGAIN for a property we are purchasing in Lyman, SC. Arrived on time, actually he was waiting on me before the assigned time. After a brief intro he got to work doing what he does best. 2-3 hours later we got a verbal summary of findings in order to proceed to closing. If seeking a thorough, knowledgeable and efficient inspection; I'd highly recommend Advantage Inspection. Ask for James if possible. I might add that the cost is highly competitive. I made the mistake of trying for first time Advantage thinking it would be good, well Adrian showed up to inspect a home I wanted to buy, the same day I had a roofer coming to give a quote for the roof, so Adrian decided to assume I was waiving his side of the inspection to replace it with the roofer which was not doing an inspection, only a quote, and also like I paid Adrian for HALF and inspection and not for the WHOLE HOUSE!... at no point he bothered in asking if I was okay with his assumption of him not inspecting the roof, a roof that clearly needs to be replaced. At this point after the report is done with no notations on the roof of course, I have zero grounds to negotiate with the seller. After this, I try to get in touch with him, he completely ignored ALL my calls and messages just to call me 3 days later to tell me he didn't inspect the roof. But they were very happy to charge me for the whole inspection! I wonder how many more things were inspected under this level of quality and professionalism or not inspected at all. You could be costing me a whole new roof that I could have negotiated with the seller IF ONLY YOU WOULD HAVE DONE THE WORK I HIRED AND PAID YOU TO PERFORM! I guess if I would've had there an electrician and a plumber to give me quotes too he would've not inspected any of that either! UNPROFESSIONAL is a very gentle word to call them, worst service I've ever had from a business of this kind. I would give you a zero star if I could.
