My roof leaked before he did the work and leaked after he finished the work. A couple of weeks ago the fascia covering over the rafters became damaged from water & ice seeping into it. I did not know anything about the proper way it should be installed when it was done. I only know from what happened since it wasn't properly installed where the damage occurred. The large piece of the wide fascia was not put under small strip of fascia above it to prevent any seepage from pulling it apart. There was bare wood in between both strips. Since it wasn't done properly it was destroyed. It was pulled away from the wood & bent down. The large strip of fascia next to this one was put on over lapping the small strip which became damaged has well. I would take Zangrilli to small claims court if I could afford it. I paid him $8352.00 out of my own pocked for work done that the grant did not cover. Have work done by Zangrilli Roofing Specialist at your own risk

YES he says, (thought it odd but ok) signed and put half down in December,2025. Crickets!!! March 2025 comes around and the dog and pony show starts. Call Burr Williams to CANCEL!. I'll have my manager call. NOTHING!! 2 WEEKS GO BY. I call and talk to some (I won't say) Told him I wanted customer service, (guess none exists) Told him the same, AGAIN, I'll gave my manager get ahold of you, EVEN DOUBLE CHECKED MY NUMBER... YOU GUESS IT!!! NOTTA!!! SO, I happen to get ahold of his email and sent requesting refund. NOTTA. SO,, by this time it's late march, Installation guy calls to schedule on Friday. Told him it was canceled and would have to get ahold of his manager. NOTHING!!! NO CALL,,, NO EMAIL,,,, NO SPAM IN MY FOLDER!!!! NOTHING!!!! Called again (installer) said I wanted my deposite back and he said,, wait for it,,, I thought my manager took care of that, NOPE!!!. SO, I send another Email to Kevin Donovan, pretty much demanding deposite promptly. (What I had to finnish the install payment I had to use for unforseen problem. I and I need the deposite also) SO,,,, May 11,2025 (how may months?) He sends me an email stating he sent an Email a while back (no ya didn't, no spam either) this states by contract I had 30 days to cancel? Sounds like a scam to me, what say you?. BUT, I can pay the remainder (I have no resources or can afford a loan) or Bless them I can put it towards something else? At this point. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE. TOTALLY NO INNER COMMUNICATION. ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. At this point,,, I would not let them change the screen in my window. It probably would take a year to get done. ALSO DO NOT GIVE A DEPOSITE!!! Better off just setting it on fire.
