If you live anywhere but Patterson he will charge you a extra $25. He installed it and the frame was uneven so now we can't install the door gap kit without making additional modifications. He refused to come look at it well unless I pay a fee. Insists it was correct even though you can totally see it uneven. Then had the nerve to say as least it closes and locks. He does not stand by his work to make the customer satisfied. If you rate his facebook page he will dislike it and post your personal conversation about details all over his page and then block you from his page. He will also take a picture of your home without your permission.

After buying a replacement bulb (which is getting harder to find as they are "outlawed" now by the folks in Sacramento) I learned that it was not the bulb as the flashing continued. I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to LED rather than chase a second ballast. This was about a 10x difference out of pocket but as I just got paid by a couple of side jobs, we could afford it. Based on Yelp reviews, I called Evan's Handyman Co. Everything from there until completion went as well as I could have asked for. A professional of theirs stopped by, gave me a firm bid, we scheduled time, they called when an earlier slot opened up, and the work was done by 7 minutes after the original start time. Jose answered quickly via Yelp messaging with a quote and availability. He was on time and the price was very reasonable. He did a great job straightening out the cabinets I messed up and installing the rest of the cabinet handles. I also had him install two medicine cabinets recessed into the wall in my bathroom which turned out great. When he was done he made sure he cleaned up after cutting into the wall to put in the cabinets. I wouldn't hesitate to call Jose again for any work I need done. I think I'll call him back for some concrete work in my backyard when I'm ready.

My original request was for the electrical inspection because I was doubting that there may be other underlying issues that burnt 2 of the receptacles at my condo. Jose didn't find any fault in my circuit breaker and diagnosed that it was because the burnt receptacles are not aluminum rated and that my tenant was using way too much electricity. So, he replaced both of them with aluminum rated outlets within about half an hour for $620 + 3% credit card fee. I felt it was pretty expensive but he explained that it was mainly because of how messy it was for him to clean it up. He offered to come back for an additional inspection of the rest of the outlets for a cheaper price. He said he wasn't able to inspect the rest that day because of how messy my condo was. I didn't feel like it was a professional comment to make. Well...another 2 receptacles stopped working the very next day. I ended up calling another company and they educated me about everything in details. I ended up requesting to add dedicated circuits for the microwave and fridge. Now, there's no more problem! I wish Jose diagnosed the underlying problem instead of making the quick money on just replacing the receptacles.
