I ended up switching doctors based on reviews I read about Dr. Jacqueline Ramirez. Mostly what convinced me was her attitude. I'm a big believer in doctors caring about their patients and not treating them like a number and she fits the bill. She's a bit different than doctors I'm used to. She has a D.O. rather than an M.D. and admittedly that made me hesitant, but meeting her and being attended by her changed that. I have never felt so comfortable with a primary physician. It felt like talking to a friend, and when I went back to get lab work results, I ended up seeing another doctor at this office and it's the same feeling. You cannot go wrong at this office. At least with the doctors. Very humane, very willing to help. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is because I had to call LabCorp for being billed inappropriately. Eh, that's what I get for doing the lab work at the office for $20, but it is what it is. Mistakes happen.

What they have there are guys that have no idea how a woman body works. Also, they have been haunting me trying to charge me $25 for the cancelation I had to do, which is not fair at all. I made my appoitment during the afternoon for the next day. I decided to call them to cancel few hours after but they were closed already (they close at 5pm, which is really early). There's no other option to cancel other than call. So I decided to call them right away on next morning right when they open. They told me they could cancel but they would charge me $25 fee and the excuse was "somebody could have made the appointment on my place". I wonder how would anybody would make the appoitment if they were closed all the time.. I mean, impossible and it is just an excuse to charge you. I have complained but they don't care. Good luck haunting my now and wasting your money for $25. I guess they have nothing better to do and they do not even have clients there, so they have to bother the few clients they used to have.
