When I mentioned I wanted to take photos on the National Mall, she let me know I needed to apply for and receive a permit from the National Park Service (we called it our donation fee to keep from getting bitter with NPS). It took longer than expected to get from one end of DC to another due to an unexpected road closure (dignitary motorcade), so we were running about an hour late. I was so grateful Erin was willing to wait for our arrival on a day that is best described as "unseasonably cold". Erin kept the initial portion of the photo shoot moving as she knew those under 7 years old and over 70 years old were expiring fast in the cold weather. She even was able to coax a smile out of Alexandra (my niece) who at 7 months old believes in "stranger danger." My favorite part of the photo shoot was the time my husband and I got to spend "just us" with Erin as it felt fun (and we got to kiss a lot). The photos turned out amazingly beautiful and I loved her creative shots! Erin knew just where to take us on an overcast day! Erin even had a blueberry pie on hand for Pi Day. I just got my electronic passport photos at Muñoz Studios. It was great. I tried CVS - "camera's…read moreout of order." Walgreen's #1 "system's down." Walgreen's #2 "I can send the electronic copy in 24-48 hours but I can't guarantee that you'll get it." And UPS "We don't do that here" even though the website says it does. Mr. Muñoz took the picture. Gave me a hard copy and had me wait until the email was in my inbox - all within about 15 minutes. The family has been in the photo business for four generations! Highly recommended.

We were visiting from Washington state and had paid $175 deposit for a photo session. Unfortunately…read moreall of us got really sick with the flu and couldn't do it. Moreover the weather that day was very windy and rainy and it wouldn't have worked anyway. We contacted the guy and explained the situation and he said no refunds under any circumstances. He said the only thing we can do is reschedule. How can we reschedule when we don't live in Florida? He never even stated any terms and conditions, we never signed any contract. This is shady business practice and even airlines are not as stubborn and you can work it out with them, but not this guy. He basically stole $175 because he wants to make his money no matter what. This is the difference between a good business and a terrible one. I would avoid him at all cost as you have no rights.
