I just got my electronic passport photos at Muñoz Studios. It was great. I tried CVS - "camera's out of order." Walgreen's #1 "system's down." Walgreen's #2 "I can send the electronic copy in 24-48 hours but I can't guarantee that you'll get it." And UPS "We don't do that here" even though the website says it does. Mr. Muñoz took the picture. Gave me a hard copy and had me wait until the email was in my inbox - all within about 15 minutes. The family has been in the photo business for four generations! I chose Munoz photography for my wedding day, and I have no regrets. They are a family company that started in Cuba four generations ago. Now. the primary wedding photographers are four Munoz brothers. The office doesn't look like much when you first drive up, but when you walk in, you see amazing photographs and albums, along with many awards. I was not yet a local when I began interviewing photographers in Florida. I was had my wedding in Boca Raton this past January, and that is when I moved here. We first heard about Munoz from friends of ours whose family chose Munoz to come with them to Greece and shoot their wedding. The album was gorgeous. It was amazing how many times after that we heard the name Munoz from the community, and from the event coordinators at reception venues. The package that we chose cost $7,500. This included 10 hours of coverage, an album of 100 of our images, and a small replica album which we chose to trade out for the rights to our engagement and wedding images. While this was costly for us, there were several photographers in the area that were a lot more expensive. We first met the photographer that would shoot our wedding when we checked out the studio last summer. We met him again at our engagement shoot which we chose to do on Lake Worth Avenue. I highly recommend the engagement shoot, as it helps you feel more comfortable with the photographer and with some of the poses that he's asking you to do. On our actual wedding day, we felt like we already knew Mark. He not only went above and beyond with the photographs, but he helped us with things like how to tighten up my dress, how to put on my veil/tiara, how to put on my husbands cufflinks, and how to have my mom hold her corsage. He also was very accommodating when I made requests of photos that I wanted to take. For example, the Boca Resort has a water taxi, and I wanted a photo of the bridal party on the boat. At the end of the night, he asked if I could think of any more pictures that I wanted taken, and I did think of a couple more, which he was happy to take. He also made sure to that every single guest from the wedding was in his shots. We chose more candid shots, but they give you the option whether you prefer more posed versus candid shots of the guests. He also had a very fun and lovable personality, so he got along great with the parents and the bridal party. The pictures were great. I received so many compliments about our wedding photographs from friends. If it fits into your wedding budget, then I highly recommend Munoz photography to shoot your wedding. read more

Had to get my passport picture taken ASAP for an expedited renewal - the photo taken by an unnamed passport photo agency near my house was rejected by the US Dept of State (I refused to get it taken retaken there for free because this is the second time this has occurred). The photographers at Munoz took their time with lighting, positioning etc to make sure the photo was passport compliant (BIG plus is it actually looked good and not like a mugshot!)Will definitely be returning to them if I need any other photography services!!! read more

I was looking to take a professional quality portrait for medical residency applications. This is kind of a big deal. Randy was very helpful. He gave me some great advice on what kind of suit, shirt, and tie would make a great impression. The photo shoot was a lot of fun. He was very meticulous yet encouraging with getting a variety of shots. We reviewed them on a big screen and made sure I was happy with the final choice. The end product looks fantastic. When the family is spread all over the place, there are few times everyone will get together. And those times are worth special pictures. I normally have a photo girl I turn to, when when I reached out to her, she was spending time with her dad, so she recommended this place. Randy (owner) and his family treat everyone like their family. We had a toddler (you never know what mood he will be in) but Randy got some great pics of the fam together and really captured the moment. Munoz Photography and Mario Munoz is truly THE BEST at what they do!!! I wouldn't recommend using anyone else. We hired Mario to shoot our engagement and wedding day and the pictures are absolutely stunning! I have no words...he did an amazing job at capturing our day. For us, the pictures were extremely important and one of the few things from our wedding day that we will have forever. Mario met & spoke with us several times and answered the many questions that we had. We were nervous before the big day and how everything would come out but Mario was so fun & easy to work with!
