Before they started he introduced himself and asked to see the trees in person because they had only seen a picture. Once he saw the trees he then asked me how I wanted the palm to be trimmed. After, I made a decision they went to work immediately. They made quick work of those 3 palm trees and cleaned up all of the debris that had fallen even the stuff in the neighbors yard. After the largest pieces were picked up they even came back with a leaf blower to get the smaller pieces.
