It was as if the sound man was incapable of making a mistake! I was told that I could "... go outside and watch the service on a big-screen." I didn't want to experience the service by media... I wanted to participate in-person. Talk about feeling un-important and dismissed. On my way out I told a lady at the "Hospitality Desk" about my experience and her only response was...
