What do all consumers want when dealing with professionals? Responsiveness, Knowledge, Experience and Follow Through at a fair market wage. Sounds easy? Well it's not. Bobby was all of the above and more. He even added an outlet at no charge. He had to replace and upgrade my current outlet box to meet code for adding an EV charger. Well? He gave a quote that was fair, came on time and did what he said he would do. 5 stars aren't enough. Very personable and a former electrical contractor and a veteran. Left it cleaner than he found it and the charger looks wonderful. He's now my contact for an electrician.

He left a mess everywhere. We were cleaning up small pieces of copper and trash for days. Even after I pointed out the mess he was making, his response was "oh my trash box has a hole in it." Did he bother to clean it up? Nope. The job was simple - replace regular switches with smart switches. To say the job was over his head is an understatement. At one point I had to step in after he wasted hours of time (which I got billed for) and redirect him before he went crazy. And instead of calling for help and having a more experienced tech help, he just painfully attempted to deal with it. Once he lost it, the job went down hill from there. He replaced switches I didn't want replaced and the hole project turned into a pathetic mess. For example he put a switch in a spot that never had a switch to start with... I had to hire another electrician to come in and fix the issues they created.

The GSE vehicle was far exceeding the posted speed limit of 35 mph. The GSE vehicle driver appeared to not appreciate that the other vehicle executed a legal and safe turn into the lane which he was not currently in and went to confront the individual. The person driving attempted to get out of his vehicle to confront the other driver but failed to put the truck in park and the truck started to roll away on the individual. I wouldn't want to do business with someone that appears reckless, violent, and incapable of understanding how basic equipment (a vehicle) works.
