I can not get anyone at Finks to respond to my repeated requests to come out and talk to me about this problem. All they will tell me is that i should wait until "next spring" (6 more months) until the concrete 'fully cures'. Such BS ! Google tells me this is due to a bad concrete mix. Derek the salesperson/estimator is "too busy" per the admin secretary. I could go on about how poorly the job site was left...including their dumping left over concrete on my front lawn...
