When I questioned the invoices, I was told the charges were for multiple attorneys, paralegals, and case managers "reviewing my case" over the phone. I requested call logs and documentation supporting those charges, but none were provided. When I asked them to stop working on my case and requested a refund, I was told to stop engaging. In two weeks, they filed one motion that did nothing to advance my case. Nothing. I later worked with a different legal team who genuinely advocated for me, won my case, and treated me with professionalism and respect. They even complimented how organized my records were, despite this firm blaming me for the state of my case. Mr. Willick also advised me that I could not do something that I ultimately did. I followed through, and it worked out. His legal advice was incorrect. Based on my experience, I received no value for the amount billed. The work they claim they performed does not justify the amount charged. I would not recommend this firm. Whether you're financially secure or already struggling, be very cautious before trusting them with your case and your money.
