I received my bill and to my surprise I was billed as a new patient even though I had been there before. I was also billed for destruction of a benign lesion, however my foot is now painful and "said lesion" is now 3 times larger than it was when I was seen!!! called the office and was basically told "this is how it is". When I got there, the office staff was friendly and helpful. Of course I had several pages of paper work to fill out (medical history, nature of problem, etc.) and I was called back to the exam almost immediately. I explained my foot issues and, had X-rays, saw and talked to Dr. Victor Putz at length before I even got my paperwork completed! Dr Putz gave me great information that was understandable and answered all my questions. I never once felt rushed. Great experience with this clinic!
