The paperwork included my (Husband) Name, Address, Phone Number and my SOCIAL SERCURITY NUMBER and Date of Birth. Which is illegal to do!! Social Security Number Privacy Act MCL 445.83. If that mailing fell into the wrong hands they had ALL my information...HOW STUPID. I didn't even get an Apology. The Office Manager Acted as though it didn't or couldn't happen.

It makes absolute zero sense as to why they would schedule my appointment at 2pm for the ultrasound, but really schedule it for 1:45pm and not tell me! They are also not very hospitable to patients! You are more like a customer and they want to get you in and out as fast as possible! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
