Since it was a destination wedding for us, we had only talked with her on the phone prior to the wedding. She showed up early and did everything we hoped for. She was unaffected by the fact that I (the bride) was behind schedule and made best use of her time to ensure she was occupied and taking fantastic photos of both bride and groom. Prior to our wedding, I shared some pintrest photos with her and she had those on hand to make sure we got everything. Told her general photos/locations/colors I was looking for and she nailed everything perfectly. As engineers, we have zero knowledge in what makes a great photo - Val made us look like models. I've worked with Travis for pregnancy, newborn, and wedding photos: Pregnancy Photos - I was super nervous about this one. Big bare bump photos just aren't my style but I did really want to capture my pregnancy. Travis knew just what to do! He suggested we meet up downtown and took some great photos of my husband and I as we wandered from Tampa Theater past Sacred Heart and around to Curtis Hixon Park. We ended the shoot with sunset over University of Tampa which Travis timed perfectly. He was professional and fun to work with. He knew his stuff and arrived downtown before us to scout out the path. Our photos turned out great! So of course, we called him again when my son was born! Newborn Photos - Travis came to our house a few days after my son was born.
