I got belly rubs on demand, endless attention, playtime with new friends, and enough treats to make me question whether I should permanently relocate. Every time I walked in, the humans here knew my name and acted excited to see me -- which, as you can imagine, is exactly the level of celebrity treatment I deserve. The place was super clean, safe, and smelled surprisingly good for a building full of dogs making questionable life choices. My parents also loved getting updates and photos of me living my best life while they were away pretending to miss me. (Jasmine, Christina, Ericy, Iliana takes the best selfies of me!) By the time I got home, I was completely exhausted from all the fun, zoomies, and pampering from the staff. 10 out of 10 I would definitely board again and cannot wait until my next visit! Sincerely, Zorro

This place needs to be investigated for animal welfare practices. Never have I ever heard so many people talk about how much they love dogs only for their actions to show differently. AVOID ALL WAG HOTELS AS IM SURE THIS IS THEIR COMMON PRACTICE.

We will not be returning with any future pets…read more On June 23, I brought my 13 year old Chihuahua mix in for her wellness exam because she had developed a cough. Dr. Brian Chen told us he heard a heart murmur and recommended X-rays to determine the cause, saying it could be a number of different things. The way it was presented didn't make it seem urgent, and the severity of the murmur was never mentioned. We had a vacation coming up and genuinely believed it was okay to schedule the X-rays when we got home. While we were thousands of miles away, my parents were watching her. On the morning of July 16, she suddenly began breathing rapidly and was rushed to an emergency hospital, where she passed away that afternoon. One of the hardest parts is knowing we couldn't be there with her in her final moments because we were so far away. Afterward, I found out that Dr. Chen had documented a grade 4 heart murmur in her chart during our June 23 visit but never told us the grade or explained what it meant. Looking back, it's devastating to learn that a grade 4 murmur along with a cough should have been treated right away. If we had understood how serious her condition was, we would have had the X-rays done immediately instead of waiting until after our trip. We are heartbroken and deeply disappointed that the seriousness of her condition was not communicated to us. We trusted a trained professional and were let down.

From the very beginning, the entire process was easy, professional, and reassuring. Barbie, the owner, was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all of our questions. We asked for her honest opinion about whether 15-minute or 30-minute visits would be more appropriate for Harper, and we really appreciated that she gave us thoughtful, unbiased advice based on his needs rather than simply recommending the longer visit. That honesty gave us a great deal of confidence that Harper's well-being was always the priority. Our sitter, Lindsay, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, caring, and clearly took the time to get to know Harper rather than simply stopping by to complete a checklist. The updates after each visit were one of our favorite parts of the service. We received thoughtful notes and videos by text after every visit. We especially appreciated that everything came through text rather than requiring a separate app. The communication was outstanding and gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. We genuinely looked forward to Lindsay's notes and videos after each visit. Her thoughtful updates let us follow Harper's progress throughout our trip, and it was wonderful to see him become more and more comfortable with her. When she told us he had even let her pick him up, we knew just how much trust he had developed. When we arrived home, Harper was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Lindsay even left us a thoughtful handwritten note and drawing, which was such a sweet personal touch. We couldn't have asked for a better first experience with a professional pet sitter. We will absolutely use this service again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate in-home pet care.

In addition to that, they have a new groomer, Erick, that has bathed her a couple times and also does fur cuts. We have been having issues with burrs in our backyard getting stuck in her curly fur (she is a goldendoodle) and he took care of that for me. Now we are set for the summer, and I don't have to worry about digging out burrs on a daily basis. This service makes it so convenient for our family. Plus: Convenient, knows what he is doing, reasonable cost Cons: can't think of any.

Boarding is now (February 2026) close to $100 per night for a small/medium dog, which already places it on the higher end compared to other facilities. In addition to that, there is a flat $35 late checkout fee and a $25 same-day reservation fee! The added charges feel excessive, especially when availability could simply be declined if they are fully booked for boarding that day. (Like other facilities) Pickup and drop-off window times are very limited, particularly on weekends with verrry little flexibility. Communication can also be frustrating, as phone calls often go unanswered, and reminders about pickup times can feel overly aggressive. While the facility is aesthetically impressive, the overall cost and rigid policies, staff may not justify the value for many pet owners.
