This was his first overnight boarding so I was very nervous but they posted pictures and sent me videos of Teddy which I appreciated. I appreciate that it's more local and low scale compared to other pet boarding places. My puppy can get overstimulated with a lot of dogs in a small area and can be intimidated with big dogs so they took that into consideration and just had one puppy companion and a turtle haha! We tried to book a boarding stay for our aging, incontinent, mobility-challenged dog with our normal pet clinic 2 weeks before our Thanksgiving trip but they were full. In a panic, I tried to look for an alternative place and other pet hospitals required a full checkup to "become patients." I found Tish's number online and gave her a call - even on a Saturday afternoon while she was driving she picked up and set me up. My dog had a great stay with lots of love and attention, much more than I can say about my pet clinic, where I assume she would just be in a cage for most of the time. My dog got to roam Melissa's yard and play with her kids. I was worried my dog would not want to come back home with me!
