I am so sad about my experience. I called the florist personally to request my bouquet and asked for a Wow bouquet for $100, not including the delivery fee. I asked for some peach, pink and white roses, and a spring bouquet. I requested tulips, which she said they didn't have. I thought it a bit odd because it is literally peak tulip season. Anyhow, this is what they sent. The only thing of value is the ONE star lily. The 5 pink carnations, sprig of daisy, and 3 peonies are not high value flower items. The rest is just filler material. I worked doing flower arrangements at a florist in my past, so I am aware of the price differences. When I called to ask why this is $100, Brittany tried to explain that this is worth that. I asked where are the roses? She didn't have an answer. Then she tried to tell me that the box is $25. Nope, it's not. I then told her that I did not request a box and then she said that a vase is also $25. Which it most absolutely is not. These come in bulk and are maybe $5 of the arrangement. Honestly, this florist did not do what we discussed. They did not make the arrangement that I requested, and used around $50 of flower material. I was so disappointed to not see a single rose. It's really unfortunate because I called the florist personally and did not use a service like FTD to avoid this exact situation. read more

I was greeted upon entry and made my way to the refrigerated fresh flower walk-in to pick out a unique creation for a special person! I was delighted with the selection on hand, but asked if she could switch out the ribbon with a different one to make it more personal, and not only did Brittany agree to do so, it was done sweetly. I was also happy that I accumulated credit from previous orders that I applied to the balance of this purchase, which made it almost free! I placed an order with this florist for Mother's Day. The order was placed Thursday morning. I received the order confirmation as well as a phone call with someone from the shop. Confirmed the address, phone number and name. They assured me the arrangement would be delivered on Saturday. I then spoke to my mom on Saturday only to learn the flowers were never delivered. She checked all around her home and with neighbors but no flowers were delivered. I called the shop and missed them by 5 minutes. I was advised by the answering service a message would be delivered to them on Monday. Not of much use for a delivery for Mother's Day. I called the shop when they opened on Monday morning. I was told their computer showed it delivered at 11:51am. I advised them it was NOT delivered. I was told the person who said it was delivered was not in and would call me when they spoke to the driver. Again, this was at 9:30am I would receive a phone call today. Six hours later, not a phone call not an email not a text. Real professional, right? I again called the shop and asked why it had not been delivered. All I got was a "I'm sorry, we will deliver tomorrow." Again I asked if they spoke to the driver. No response. At that point, I asked for a refund. I will NEVER use them again. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. read more

I was sent flowers from my boyfriend and was thrilled to get them, till I sent him a picture of the arrangement and he called to let me know it should have been white roses and lily's, the large bouquet that was ordered showed 10 roses in the photo...only 5 were in the arrangement delivered along with a lot of carnations and daises. I recently found out that Judy's has a contract with FTD Florests. While trying to get flowers through them via FTD I had an encounter which led to realizing that FTD will offer the same flower arrangements for $10-$15 less. Well, when you place your order you will find out that for some unknown reason Judy's doesn't have the vase or maybe not the flowers and I later found out that Judy's didn't get enough money from FTD to make the arrangement! This is how they go around using FTD. So it's not FTD's fault. Be aware of this business and go to Albertson's and have the arrangement made there! I will NEVER do business with Judy's again because this makes the 3rd time they have messed things up! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My son was in a horrible accident and I could not visit him in the hospital because of the COVID-19 restrictions. I wanted him to have something from his family when he woke up and something that would remind him that we were thinking of him. Judy's prices were unbeatable and the arrangement did exactly what I hoped it would do- It brightened a 19 yr old's stay. They were delivered right away too! I called in an order over the phone for delivery my mom for Mother's Day as I live out of town. The staff were very kind and helpful on the phone. They made a custom bouquet to my request and were able to accept a credit card over the phone. Delivery was only $10, and they deliver all over southwestern Oregon. I have been the recipient of Judy's Floral arrangements and all but one time was I disappointed. The 18 rose bouquet I received died in 2 days. I called up and they said to bring it down for them to see and were very apologetic. Unfortunately they didn't have 18 red roses to make up a new bouquet so I had to wait a few days and they came to my house with one of the most beautiful red rose bouquet I have ever seen. I used Judy's recently for my daughter's wedding and was so impressed as were all the wedding guests. My daughter brought in a picture of a bouquet she liked on pinterest, and the lady at Judy's knew the names of every flower and greenery in the picture, when we saw the finished bouquets they were even better then the picture. Absolutely breathtaking and the best part was they used local growers for as many of the flowers as they could. Lastly, they were able to accomodate extra orders of flowers that we called in for after the initial visit, the lady would tell me what she thought would look good and I just had to look up the names on the internet to see a picture and tell her my choice. My elderly Mother sent flowers for my Birthday .She was distressed to hear that five days later I still had no flowers.She could not remember my phone # to add to the order when she was in her local store. Should that really have caused a five day delay? I have a vehicular gate across my driveway but pedestrian access down the side.The delivery person did not make the effort to walk round the gate or leave me a note. When questioned she said she did not walk round because she could not see the house from the gate.(There are trees but the house is visible and not very far ).Allowing for the absence of a phone #, the store had four delivery days and my address to process the order.When I asked why I had no notification of the attempted delivery I was told ''she left no note because it was raining".Was she worried about the note washing away or that she might get wet? I have a mailbox, a note could have been left in there without her getting wet, the mail man does it every day. It hasn't rained for the full five days yet no further attempts were made until my old Mother followed up with her florist. This has caused her so much unecessary stress and trouble . Maybe this was a one time bad experience but I'm not impressed.The service was incredibly bad and the customer service on the phone not good either.If this was my company I would have been very apologetic and sent a fantastic floral arrangement to say sorry.But basically the attitude was- (A) customers fault for not giving us a phone number (B) recipients fault for having a gate so we need to walk (C) wet weather made it impossible to leave note or walk (D) don't worry you will have another Birthday read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before Valentines day. They appeared not to have been delivered as I was told they had?? Another florist upon delivering his order to my GF's house moved my roses out of sight. I called Judy's and reported that my order was not delivered!! They willingly agreed to deliver out another Dozen roses at no charge!! Wow a business that does the right thing!!! How refreshing to deal with a business that is Ethical..Later that day I discovered that the first order had in deed been delivered. I was pretty embarrassed by the whole thing.
