If you are looking for quality I would suggest Judy's Flowers, where you can talk to the owner, and discuss flowers and arrangement. Hi, I live locally in Bloomington Indiana and for a long time I used a local florist, but when I saw the flowers that were being delivered, they were just never in great shape, or not exactly what I ordered! I discovered Judy's flowers in Bloomington, roughly a decade ago. They are my number one pic always.!! Their flowers are always gorgeous, what I ordered is exactly what was received by the recipient, and their prices are actually under what I used to pay for a beautiful floral arrangement!!!! Judy's will NEVER disappoint, always be on time and always try to make any accommodation they possibly can!!! when friends or family, near or far away, asked me where to order flowers from...... I always tell them Judy's they are the best! And when I call, I have never, ever talked to anyone that wasn't beyond helpful, caring, and just downright bright and cheerful!! 10 stars for this local company for over 40 years!!! I am so impressed with Judy's! I am in Texas and wanted to send some flowers to someone in Bloomington, IN. I placed the order on their website directly on 1/23/19 at 5pm. The flowers were delivered on 1/24/19 at 10:50AM!!! WOW!! Very fast service. I've posted a picture of the flowers. They look BEAUTIFUL and exactly like the picture that was on the website. Again, WOW! The recipient said the flowers not only brightened her day, but everyone else that saw them too. She said everybody couldn't help but smile when they saw them! We have used Judy's Flowers & Gifts twice now, to send flowers to our daughter in Bloomington. We live out of state, so it's always risky to use a florist that you have no knowledge of. Judy's has done an excellent job both times we've used them. This past time, we ordered 2 dozen roses. We actually came to town to visit & got to see them in person. They were stunning!! Let me make a suggestion: Do not include your protest message with the word Attention in big, bold print along with the gift card in the plastic "fork." I read your letter first before opening the card. That was probably your intention, but I found it to be a terrible introduction to my Mother's Day bouquet. I can assure you my son did not intend to cheat your company or be disloyal to local business. He currently lives in Germany, does not know local floral shops but wanted to send me a bouquet. According to your protest letter, the bouquet is not your best work. Rest assured, I would have loved it, especially with my son's message in the card. While the customer service from Judy's was helpful and very accommodating as I had to postpone the flower arrangement delivery due to friend having to leave the States for a family emergency, their FTD approved floral arrangement was overly disappointing and embarrassing to say the least. I had ordered the attached arrangement as pictured by FTD to have my friend send me an actual picture of what was delivered to her home. I understand that some flowers may not be available or what have you, but this is the skimpiest arrangement and not worth $50+ that Judy's made out on by inappropriately cheaping a customer. I am so disappointed. I received flowers for my birthday from relatives out of town. After 3 days they look HORRIBLE. I have changed the water ever day as the delivery driver said to. Save your time, money, and frustration and don't use Judy's flowers. After a terrible customer service experience, I would never trust her with my upcoming wedding. I wanted to have flowers delivered on my anniversary because I would be out of town, however the flowers were delivered on the wrong date. I called try to remedy the situation and Judy got very defensive and told me that I was the one at fault and that she could not do anything to help short of ordering even more flowers. read more

Ordered flowers this morning for grandmother having cancer surgery. Arrangement was pretty but when I arrived at hospital this afternoon the petals on the roses had already started falling off. There were 4-5 laying loose and fell off when picked up for inspection. I would've expected them to last at least until my grandmother got out of surgery. read more

After two orders through Judy's flowers, they're now the only florist I'll go to in Bloomington. One time, they prepared a bouquet for me on my way to a party that was exactly what I described except a little more fully and lovely than I expected. Then, just now, my husband and I are out of the country and couldn't find anyone to deliver flowers to my husband's daughter for Valentine's Day. (This is a hugely important annual tradition to him.) While I DO NOT recommend calling at the last minute, the women on the phone (whose name I should have gotten) was so accommodating and didn't even guilt me for being insensitive with the late order. :) I'm so grateful! Never give a penny of your hard earned income to this disgusting establishment. Judy's flowers ranks number one in the most unbelievably rude and unprofessional services I've ever received. Please read before using this company, based on my experience with them and their complete disinterest in providing even the smallest amount of human decency I can confidently say this place deserves no business from local Bloomington residents. We elected to use this place for our wedding flowers, it is local after all, I'll skip the minor inconveniences and get into the real trouble. Two weeks before the big day the owner sends a text to my bride to be, a reminder of the balance owed. Weddings can be stressful and details can slip through the cracks so a reminder text is very appreciated, however, she didn't gently remind my wife as you'd expect a respectful business owner to do she said this instead, "I guess you don't want flowers at your wedding since your bill hasn't been paid." My wife god love he apologized profusely, much more generous than I would've been, and we settled up the next day. Not exactly the kind of customer service you'd expect a local owned business to provide a customer who's extended them the privilege of having a hand in one of the biggest days in a persons life. That's not where it ends though, just days before the wedding my wife went to pick up the flowers and the gentleman behind the counter was speaking with another customer and he was going on and on about how boring and tasteless "white flowers" were and how happy he was to see that the customers in front of my wife elected for colorful flowers instead. A minor offense all things considered but the days leading up to a wedding can be extremely taxing on the bride to be and so this of course sent her into tears as now her beautiful (expensive) flowers were being trashed just as she was about to take part in a day she's dreamed of for years. He was completely unapologetic and even denied that he said such a thing when he was asked just what was he thinking when making those comments. Needless to say we will never use this company again, it's a stain on our small town and honestly the disgusting service we received should serve as a warning to anyone considering this company, they're undeserving of your money. read more

Got a gorgeous bouquet delivered from Judy's from a friend for my husband's birthday. Maybe the weather bit them, but the bouquet faded after a few days. i called to let them know and today when I got home there was an even prettier bouquet waiting for me!
