They took me right in and Dr. Trager spent an hour making sure the old pin and cap were removed and did a mold and set me up with a temporary. My old cap was from another dentist and was longer than the other front tooth. She spent a considerable amount of time making sure the temporary was the correct length and matched it to the other tooth. She is a perfectionist and does the most outstanding work. In addition my husband now goes here and we are bringing our teenagers as well. If you need a great dentist who cares about your teeth and how you feel about them, then this is your dentist. I'm not sure why this happened and couldn't help feeling like I was getting screwed. I think she wanted me to pay full price even though I have insurance and she should have used the insurance rates. I had to reschedule my first appointment for treatment to begin, one excuse she used was that their computer was hacked or something and they couldn't submit the determination but I told her if that was the case why didn't you just send it regular mail then? She knew I had an appointment coming up soon. I finally just said forget this. Beware.
