I was very disappointed in this place. i waited an hour for my consultation and then afterward, I agreed to have treatment but Rochelle strung me along for months telling me she was going to submit the treatment plan to my insurance but never did. I'm not sure why this happened and couldn't help feeling like I was getting screwed. I think she wanted me to pay full price even though I have insurance and she should have used the insurance rates. I had to reschedule my first appointment for treatment to begin, one excuse she used was that their computer was hacked or something and they couldn't submit the determination but I told her if that was the case why didn't you just send it regular mail then? I had an exam and cleaning today. They were super gentle. Rochelle was very friendly. She talked to me the entire time and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Sapienza and Rochelle are incredible and always make sure I am comfortable and do whatever they can to make the dentist enjoyable, from nitrous to numbing to headphones, I actually leave there feeling great about going to the dentist.
