I was unfamiliar with jugo juice's menu so I asked the staff if they have anything fruity and sweet. The nice staff lady said summer strawberry but she offered to replace the cranberry juice with more apple juice. Normally, their summer strawberry smoothies are blended strawberries, peaches, apple juice, and some cranberry juice to give a bit of sourness. The smoothie turned out to be sweet and fruity, as promised. It's delicious if you like sweet drinks like I do. I got the perfect drink like I wanted thanks to the nice and informative staff at Jugo juice. They have two sizes. Small and regular. If you're really thirsty and in the mood for something refreshing and at a more than enough portion, get the regular sized smoothie. I was super thirsty and was in the mood for a sweet, cold drink. I gotta say, the regular sized summer strawberry hit the spot! There were small frozen strawberry fruit chunks at the bottom of the drink so there was a bit of chewing involved which isn't a bad thing since they were soft. So no harm done there. I was the only customer at the time so there was no queue to order and my smoothie was done in 2-3 minutes. 5/5 stars since I don't have any negatives based on this visit. The blushing mango smoothie I got was not watery and delicious compared to my last experience. The last time I reviewed this place it was soooo disappointing because the staff wouldn't let me do a drink without the apple, orange and other sugary juices. Then a rep from Jugo juice fixed things for those of us who don't want sugars in their drinks. Like a green juice that tastes green! Yes Laverne not everyone can have sugar. Now the Max Veg is a good option and diabetics can unite without having something they can't have pushed on to them to consume. It's about time vegetarian and gluten free shouldn't have so much sugars. Kudos for batter training at some of these locations . The customer is right. Without them there is no business. We ordered the Falafel Wrap and there was no hummus inside; it was not right. Also, the cashier let me use the credit card machine when I tried to pay with a gift card when she needed to process the gift card for me instead (she wasted my time because the machine did not respond to the gift card). I come here often and today is the worst! I bought 2 drinks and I as I paid for both drink the Chinese cashier didnt even turn back to scan my Jugo rewards.. she was just keep heating up the chicken wraps as I was standing there waiting for her to look back at me and scan the jugo rewards . BUT SHE DIDN'T . So the other lady helped me which is an Indian lady, she scanned my rewards and she saw that I can claim a free drink so she went through it.. but she also didn't not RECORD the transaction for my order that I made...the CHINESE lady fixed it when I told her what she did but she didn't even say sorry for her mistake!!!! About a month ago I gave an honest review about how the service was really bad at this Jugo Juice location. I was not going to ever go back there again but I decided to try again today with the hopes that the service may have gotten better. Today I went to the counter to order a lemon shot and a falafel for lunch. The Asian lady behind the counter was playing on her phone for what seems to be about a minute, while I waited for her to serve me, she looked up once then back down to her phone. I was kind of set back thinking, why doesn't she want to help me? There was nobody in line and she was the only person working. I then said to her, "I will come back later when your not busy". She replied, OKAY. She must have been really busy on phone with something more important than work? I walked away for a second time without a lemon shot and lunch. Until something changes at this location, I will NOT be going there anymore. I will also ensure none of my friends or family go to this location. I will buy my own juicer and make my own lemon shots at home. What a shame. read more

We bought fresh squeezed orange smoothie and coconut smoothie with mango. They looked great but didn't taste that good. The orange one was too sour and coconut one didn't have much coconut taste. I first acquired a taste for fresh fruit juice in Bangkok. It's not that I didn't enjoy the occasional fresh juice before, but in Bangkok enjoying fresh juice is just a way of life. Whether you're enjoying delicious guava juice in your hotel, or grabbing freshly squeezed pineapple juice from a fruit seller on the street, fresh juice is everywhere. And it can be had quickly and cheaply, at any hour of the day. Now passionfruit has always been my juice of choice. But having resigned myself to the fact that passion fruit is a rare commodity in Vancouver, I decided to try the Big Beet juice at Richmond Centre's Jugo Juice location. The juice itself took about 5 minutes to make, and was decent. I could taste the beets and a pleasant citrusy-lemon flavour. Couldn't really taste anything else in there (which is fine-- more beets for me). I sipped the whole thing over a period of two hours (never drink Beet juice too fast, ladies and germs, it's a dieuretic). It tasted nearly as good as the cold pressed beet juice I had in Bangkok, but at a ridiculously high price (I guess that's Vancouver for you!) Obviously, if you're in a rush and religiously follow a raw food diet (or just want to drink your calories instead of eating them), Jugo Juice is a good food court option. Just beware that your need for speed comes with a hefty price tag, and some questionable ingredients (like other Yelpers, I saw staff pouring orange and/or apple juice from a carton, to make smoothies for some other customers. Today I went to this location, and I was shocked with the experience. It's a simple concept of walk up order and leave service. However today that wasn't achievable. Waited behind a small group who was ordering the cashier spoke to them in a foreign language took their order of drinks. I didn't get a single word ... She just stared like me like I was from a different planet all together. It was awkward. Anyhow.. The crowd before got their drinks and they were all the wrong sizes or flavours. Right as I am waiting for mine drink I got these foreign people screaming at the Jugo staff than a second lady came because she was waiting for a wrap to be cooked, the wrap was gone and no one knew where it went. I love their kale smoothies. My favourites are green glow, (advocado, kale, pineapple, banana, coconut water, and tropical juices) kale abunga, (kale, cauliflower, spinach, peaches, mango, and apple juice) and mighty kale (kale, spinach, mango, pineapple, apple and orange juice). You don't really taste the vegetables and I love kale and spinach. However, it gets very expensive $6 for an original and $10 with vega protein powder. The protein powder wasn't blended properly either. I tried the watermelon wiggle the other day and was sadly disappointed... No taste whatsoever. I find my carrot celery ginger juice taste a bit funny, so I was asking for a new one, yet, the manager there won't give me a new one. And told me it taste funny because I choose to add celery and ginger. Even when I told her I know how that juice is suppose to taste like since I always drinking. There was 1 person waiting for there drink while I stood at the cash register for almost 5 mins watching 2 employees talk to each other while the 3rd did all the work . When I told the poor girl finally she said the other 2 don't know anything and that's why I had to wait so long. To top it all off the old chinese lady in the back was shouting in Chinese at her while I was trying to talk and place my order. Lastly the drink I ordered was an abundant acai which had NO acai or Banana in it at all and tasted completely off compared to Any other jugo juice iv'e been to.
