    Peach Yogurt Drink
    Rachel K.

Tried it for the first time and my drink was really good ! I got peach mango yogurt and they had tons of options. It is a little pricy for the size, and took quite awhile waiting for my order.

review is for location at Richmond Centre. such a fun shop name. was instantly draw in by the tree as the focal piece and cute aesthetics. got the grape yogurt slush for an afternoon treat pre-dinner. so delicious and refreshing with all the real grapes! the perfect sweetness even at full sweet. definitely pricier than other tea shops but that's probably cos of the yogurt? idk but it was goood.

Not sure the low rating but I like it :) We have something similar to this in Seattle but this is my first time trying this. We got a green apple yogurt slush and even though I didn't think it would be fresh fruits, it actually came with fresh fruits!!! there was chunks and chunks of green apple in the drink, which was nice. I love the flavor and tartness of the drink, and the yogurt is definitely the asian type of yogurt so don't try this expecting the normal yogurt taste and texture you would get a grocery store to eat. Price was reasonable, the place is cute, service is ok.

I've never had a Chinese yogurt drink before and have not been appealed by it. There was an event at Lansdowne and I thought this would be a good opportunity to try it. As an Asian, I love almost all Asian desserts; however, this yogurt drink was just not for me. I ordered the Tiramisu mochi yogurt. If there wasn't a discount, it'd be $8.50 and I seriously don't know what justified the price. Anyway, I was a bit weirded out by the first sip and took another couple of sips before I couldn't do it anymore. I was actually pretty grossed out. Both the texture and taste was interesting...but not in a good way. The texture was a bit like when soy milk has gone bad and became curdy. I'm a regular yogurt eater and I've also had Japanese and Taiwanese style yogurts; therefore, I don't understand how I could have been grossed out by this yogurt dessert. If they had put in more tiramisu flavor in the drink, it could have masked the weird taste but tiramisu taste was too light. My husband also didn't like the drink and we were glad that we didn't order 2 drinks albeit the discount. There was more than half left but we ended up throwing it away. I'm just glad that I was able to try the yogurt drink at a discounted price. I would have been pretty peeved if I paid $8.5+tax for this. Apologies for those who love the yogurt drinks. I just couldn't stomach it personally. Preference is a very subjective thing, so don't be offended! =)

The kale with chia was so refreshing, and the milk tea was just as delicious. You can tell the boba was fresh, it wasn't hard to where you can choke. It was made just right. They didn't look busy, only a couple of us in store. But from the looks of it they had a counter full of orders. So it took my drink between 5-6 minutes to make. Place was cute and clean . My sister said "oh, we have Heytea in OC, so we'll pass." Pfft, she missed out! We got 2 brown sugar milk teas and 3 coconut mango booms... all with reduced sugar. THEY WERE A HIT AND HIT THE SPOT! First, everything was so fresh. Holy moly, you could just taste it all. I'm not a foodie and food is just calories to me - means to an end. When I get a nice drink like this, I usually gulp it down and cannot understand why my wife takes 2-3 hours to drink a similar drink. HOWEVER, I took my time over the next 2 hours to enjoy it! I absolutely loved the hint of tea in my mango drink. Wow, that's all I can say. Second, the place is newer and the ambiance is so purposeful, clean, professional, and uplifting. They really put the tea up-front-and-center... a nice homage to the heart and soul of "tea parlors" from long ago. We would, hands-down, recommend the place and would go again.

The lady who served us only spoke Chinese and there was a bit of confusion when my husband tried to tell her in English that I wanted Red Date Longan Wolf Berry Tea. Luckily he does speak Chinese as well. When he realized she didn't understand the English words, he used a combination of Chinese and pointing to the board behind her, indicating which item on the board I wanted. Didn't help though that it was one of those menus where the screen changes every few seconds! Highly recommend that you only order from this place if you or someone in your party speaks Chinese! I loved the liquid part of my drink. Red Date Longan drinks are something I have come to appreciate since marrying my husband. This particular drink though had big chunks of dried up stuff in it. I wished they hadn't put that into the cup. The liquid part was great but I really didn't care for the chunky stuff in my cup.

The workers hardly knew English as well, which made communicating a challenge. They only accept cash, and they don't have it posted anywhere. Zero customer service, no smile, gratitude or anything. Very passive aggressive. At the Lansdowne location you would pick it up at the same counter you ordered at but this one makes u go around. I didn't know this so when the worker rang the bell, I didn't know where to go. Instead of directing me kindly, the girl started smashing the little bell and glaring. I would never come here again, customer service disgusts me. Get bubble tea somewhere else as it's quite mediocre. Next time when serving customers have more of a smile and be more kind. Never again

I think it was brand new and the owner was eager to please. This time, the ladies didn't speak any English at all. They couldn't understand what I was ordering. I had to repeat it 4 times ( twice to each of them ) then one had to come around to the board so I could point out what I wanted. The total was 5.49 she said but only gave me back 14$ from my 20$ . I guess she either can't do math or decided to round up, or do a self gratuity. I am waiting now to see how it is, it seems to be taking awhile since I am almost done this review, and it still isn't ready. Ok I got it and it is very very bland : ( I don't think I'll go out of my way to come here again. Perhaps that's why they have a "Help Wanted" sign ...

So, I am bewildered as to what is so "natural" about their drinks as it is clearly made from artificial flavours. Prices has changed. All went up up to almost $7 for a large drink. There are also signs that they charge extra for utensils. The cashier could barely understand English and had asked me to repeat my order twice and tried to sell me a large when I asked for a regular. Will not come back again.
