Used to be my fav love their bowls. New manager I think and they are cheaper on portions and the base of bowls don't seem as good of quality for some reason. They now skimp on toppings from before. Unfortunate cause prices are still the same. read more

I love this place... this place because of OLGA!! She is the bomb. A smoothie is a smoothie with no leftover crumbs or chunks of the ingredients. Her personality is charismatic and welcoming. I have an addiction to the pineapple cake with blue spirulina. I had it made by all of their personnel and I have never had a problem when she makes them, not so much with the other personnel. They are great don't get me wrong but when I get lucky and she is there I jump of joy . I like the bowls too because they add the toppings that trick my brain, ha! They have onsite parking, in and outside seating so you're more than welcome to hang there or take it to go. I definitely come here as often as I can read more

Great smoothies, but they never have to go orders ready when you get there. I have never had my order ready when arriving and show up with staff doing nothing. Then once I ask for my order they start to finally make it. I would understand if it happened on a busy day or once in a while, but it is consistent even on days when foot traffic is light. I really love this place but they really struggle on Sundays. Help this weekend crew out. Two Sundays in a row, I've ordered online prior to getting to the shop. I haven't gotten my smoothie until about 15 minutes after I've arrived, which, in both cases means it took them about 45 minutes to make a smoothie. The rest of the week, I've never had an issue. The owner, Jason, really made my whole day today! The DoorDash app was giving me trouble, so I called the store, and Jason called me back on his personal cellphone. He took my order, took my payment over the phone, then proceeded to deliver it to my apartment at no extra cost. I work in the hospitality industry, and I'm always pumped to experience excellent customer service! The Juice Bar is nothing short of an awesome experience, between the juices and service. Some context: I was furloughed due to Covid-19, and have been enjoying being a temporary stay at home mom with my wonderful 5 month old. I'm also completing online schooling every day. Typically I love love love this place. It's a special treat for me b/c it is expensive. Everything they have is super yummy and really good for you, which I appreciate! The other morning it was just a couple people working and it was crazy busy so the wait was a lot longer than usual and longer than I had planned for in my schedule. love the Juice Bar, but for the price and what the quality SHOULD be, it's VERY disappointing that you use low quality non organic apple juice, especially since it's in so many of the options! if you're not going to use freshly made apple juice, can you at least use organic apple juice? I love a good Acai bowl and this place delivers just that! Before I get started I also want to mention that the ambiance of this place is off the charts. I felt like I was on the beach somewhere...seriously! I visited the Juice Bar while on a work trip. All I wanted was a good Acai bowl for a nice healthy breakfast. I ordered an Acai bowl topped with granola, honey, and strawberries to go. The to go container was perfect because it came with a lid for easy transport. Many might say it is pricey, but Acai is a pricey ingredient and I thought the price was actually reasonable in comparison to what I have previously paid for an Acai bowl. The menu is great, the smoothies are excellent. My only issue was the lack of hospitality from the staff. I walked in, first time, the gentleman at the restaurant just looked at me, made no conversation whatsoever. I ordered 2 smoothies, which were made great. When he rung me up, he just slid the screen over to me to sign, I did add a 20% tip, which I received no acknowledgement whatsoever. This place has been an answered prayer to the Franklin community. The staff is always friendly. The place is always clean and pumpin a positive vibe. I love their Ginger Greens. The smoothies and juices here are close to $7, but with quality comes cost. Our two drinks with tax were over $16 which could have been a nice meal out, but I can shrug that off, as this is sure a step up from the Jamba Juice down the street. My beau loves to get a PB&J smoothie which comes with a banana, peanut butter, strawberry, flax seed oil and apple juice. It tastes like a milkshake, without being quite as guilty. Today I was looking for something a little on the lighter side so I got a sweet greens juice which has Apple, kale, spinach, cucumber, and lemon. Initially I was worried the juice would taste a little "too green" (like veggie broth) but instead it had a strong yummy lemony taste, with a hint of the cucumber. Whether you're wanting something super healthy or super sweet here, the employees are friendly and helpful about making suggestions. I love the Juice Bar! I wish the prices were better and I would be there weekly. I am a member if the rewards program so hoping to get some savings there down the line. They should do a juice of the day for a discounted price. Healthy options need to be cost friendly to draw more people to them but that's my soapbox. My go to smoothie is the Doc. I need a meal replacement some mornings before work and the Doc never fails. I always get a large and it is so filling. This one has so much inside: kale, spiralina, mint, apple, blueberry and strawberry to name a few. The mint really shines here to break through the thickness and provide a unifying flavor profile. COCKROACH ALERT. Please be aware I have been in twice in the past month and have seen cockroaches by the blender area both times. I will not be back. I was so excited when I found out there was going to be a real juice bar in Franklin! Being from California, there is a juice bar on every corner but unfortunately, they're hard to come by down south. Juice Bar is in a great location, just past main street (downtown Franklin) and the building is absolutely beautiful with brightly colored walls, dark wood, and big windows that let the sunlight in from every direction. I ordered the "ginger greens" and it was delish...sweet and tart with a little kick of spice from the ginger. The staff is friendly and helpful and the entire experience was fantastic all the way around! I am so excited to have Juice Bar right down the street from my home and office and it is absolutely my new go to lunch spot :) read more

I was more than pleased when I found Juice Bar in Franklin, TN, only a couple blocks from where I was staying for the week. The staff was hugely helpful, not only in supplying me with the protein-rich fare I prefer, but in making careful suggestions for smoothies for the young person I was tutoring--a poor sheltered lass who'd never tried a smoothie of any sort... ever... for real. Having some car trouble bright me to the area. While waiting decided to explore and found the Juice Bar. Not know as a healthy eater, I decided to give it a try. Wow, doesn't say enough. Friendly staff extremely welcoming, and eager to help with decisions and very knowledgeable. I ended up choosing a pineapple green something and overnight oats. Both were amazing and super fresh. As I am sitting here confortabling drawing and enjoying the day, a gentlemen awarded me with watermelon and what I assume was home made granola. So I've gone to the juice bar at least once or twice a week for over 3 months. I've gotten many juices, smoothies, and foods, etc. So I think I can leave a fair review. First, there are other juice bars in the area, but the combination of ingredients in these juices at juice bar are much more than other locations. Here you can get 6-8+ ingredients. Other places might do 3-5 ingredients. Secondly they stand behind their products. I had gotten two somewhat watered down juices back to back, maybe too much cucumber not enough lemon or ginger, I don't know, but after contacting the owner, he explained things and offered a free beverage. Thirdly, for people complaining that it's expensive, I just have to say, where is a cheap juice bar with quality ingredients? I've never been to one. Secondly, it's in downtown franklin, rent is expensive and if they want to stay in business they can't just give away drinks for nothing. Green juices and smoothies usually have expensive ingredients, so yea it will be more expensive than McDonald's across the street. That being said, if people go out and buy all the ingredients and juice and clean up, they would probably spend much more money and time. And time is money. Anyways, they also have discounts at least once a week, if you sign up for alerts, I get half price or discounted smoothies all the time. So, I support the juice bar. My only recommendation is to add "The Lemon ginger blast" to the menu, thanks!! read more

She then proceeded to stare at me like she wasn't going to do anything. She asked the lady making smoothies if they had a protein smoothie and the lady told her to look online. Over several visits I have found the juices and smoothies to be superior over what others offer. Incredibly fresh and tasty menu!
