My husband and I come to this location when we are in town once or twice a year. Always great service. We weren't sure if they would be open today on Thanksgiving, but we're so happy they were. Tim & Aneisha greeted us with smiles and super friendly vibes. We placed our order and chatted with them for a bit & again we left smiling and feeling good. I ordered the Green Light Smoothie & a blueberry muffin and my husband ordered espresso and a blueberry muffin. All delicious and healthy. Now that it's no longer freeze-your-face-off weather in NY, I love the bowls from Juice Press for a post-workout snack. (I went through a phase where I drank basically two or three smoothies a day and now can't stomach them anymore. More power to people who love a good protein shake but they're not my thing at all.) I really like the Green bowl and the açaí blueberry with almond butter, as well as the granola that's made in house. They're certainly not cheap for what some might describe as a dainty portion of food but I like them for a lunch when I'm not feeling particularly hungry or a pick-me-up during the afternoon. This particular Juice Press has an additional market area with tons of organic snacks and vegetables, though perhaps given the prices, I've never actually seen anyone shopping there. Each time I've been there, the workers have been friendly and fast. I've never had to wait too long. (If you're a Mealpal customer, they do have several options during the week on the app and a quick QR scan right by the counter.) Smoothies are super great, taste amazing, feel great after! However, some of the staff seem very indifferent not very focused on customer service. I went in and there were 5 people in line including me, and one of the staff members was taking a very long time to attend to the first customer. The other staff member was just standing behind the counter for a long period of time but then started helping and then the line moved pretty fast. Last time I was there the staff member was very helpful and gave me great suggestions! Really do like this place but it seems the staff that's present is going to make or break this location. read more

Every single time I go here they are completely slow and unorganized. Only come if you have 30 minutes to spare. This most recent time they forgot about my order and made multiple orders ahead of mine. Also - the people who work here are MISERABLE. Super conveniently located in the really nice W 76th St Equinox-- this Juice Press is clean, and in typical Juice Press fashion, the shakes are delicious. I appreciated that the staff member asked if I had allergies, helped me pick the right smoothie, asked how my workout was, and poured some of the extra smoothie on the side instead of dumping. This place was awesome. The staff was pleasnant, they had great music playing, and they were all approachable, ready to answer any question you may have. Yes its a bit pricey here, but of course what healthy place isnt. I didnt get a smoothie on this visit but I did try my first drinkable rose water. I also was tempted to get me some kale chips but maybe next time. The seasonal fresh fruit cup I also picked up, was the bomb! Yes it was crazy expensive, but I got it for the conveince of reusing the cup it came in, not to mention I love the varitey of fruit I got from it. I was happy with this visit. They offer smoothies and bowls, along with some soups. The smoothies are average at best and aren't very customizable. If you're someone that likes to add different fruits and/or vegetables to one smoothie then I wouldn't recommend going here. Some of their current smoothies on the menu taste a bit chalky. read more

Juice press is really beginning to grow on me. The smoothies are filling and thoughtfully healthy but it's the meals that are a differentiator from the other juice competitors. They offer fresh, daily bowls that are flavorful and filling - the pasta mushroom bowl is delicious and the lentil bowl is hearty and yummy. Finally, the soups are more substantive than you would expect. Of course the pressed juices are abundant but they are not my favorite (drinking liquified kale is not my idea of fun). I waited for over 10 minutes for a smoothie that the young, incompetent staff couldn't bother to start making until they finally realized I had been staring at them impatiently. They sure were enjoying themselves, talking loudly over the music so I guess I understand why they forgot about me and the three other customers who were waiting endlessly like me, trying to bite their tongues and hoping that they would get the hint and actually do their jobs. My home kitchen basically. I live across the street and come here most days. I originally started with the juices and branched off into Açaí bowls, soups and kelp noodles. The noodles are delicious and so low calorie. I would have thought they were green, but they're clear which I think makes it less weird. They're spicy which believe it or not is from the raw ginger! My favorite is the vegetarian split pea soup. This place makes me get all my veggies. Staff is super nice. I feel like they should know me by now tho. Definitely making a dent in the bank, but it's for my health so I happily pay. The Juice press has so much more flavor and substance then the rest of the juice places. read more

Amazing place. I absolutely love that they have frozen cauliflower as an option and are so accommodating with swapping ANYTHING out. They use ALL completely natural and unsweetened ingredients, which is hard to find in a place today. and the portions are extremely filling. I had the acai almond butter with added greens. Unfortunately I was really disappointed for what I got and the price I paid. For 10.50 I expected something a lot better but my acai tasted really bland. I'm pretty sure they forgot to put some stuff in there because there was no slight color of added greens in there neither a slight taste of almond butter. Although the granola was good, the bowl didn't justify 10.50. You can get a much much better one at juice generation not too far away. The smoothies did sound good though and will probably give those a shot. But the acai bowls are far from worth it and are far from actually tasting good. read more
