I set off to this place for a quick cocktail on the way home with the lovely Nimz! Given it was on Kings Road, we had high hopes.. Meh! How wrong were we! This place is an average cocktail bar, which is very dark, almost to the point that it's hard to see where you're going.. And bathroom wise!! Omg what a disaster! The lighting is so poor, you have virtually no chance of even seeing the loo roll, let alone touching up your make up! I so wish I could say the drinks made up for it, but they totally didn't! I went for a porn star martini, which was ok, but I've had far better elsewhere and a hella of a lot cheaper. The espresso martini was also very, very disappointing! Before the party, there is always a pre-party and JUJU's in Chelsea is the place to be! Sipping on sweet cocktails, whilst listening to their resident DJ's playing the trendiest tunes, and of course, this sounds like the start to a good night. When drinking alcoholic beverages it is always advisable to eat nibbles beforehand and JUJU served up; mozzarella and tomato fingers, mini beef burgers and chicken teriyaki sliders and fries. I came here last Friday alone in hopes of mingling with locals and getting a few drinks as well as dance a bit. I was suggested by a guy who said it seemed to be good. As I arrived to the door they quickly shut me off. They just said I need a table. They didn't even hear what I had to say. I explained I'm from the states and that I have no friends so I just wanted to be in a social setting. And after a minute they let me in. Then ten minutes later the bouncer comes up to me and says I have to leave. Their lame excuse is that management says there are "no singles allowed." That's the worst lie I've heard yet by a bar staff. In fact when I was inside it wasn't busy and there were no VIP tables as they claimed. I was embarrassed and was forced to call it a night since it was almost last call and I haven't gone anywhere that evening. Please don't support the rude service. I travel and go out partying often so I am well aware of the nightlife code and conduct. read more

Came here for a drink after going to Jam Tree, Its on Kings Road so is quite pricey for what it is. The drinks unfortunately were not made well, I had the Espresso Martini and was quite disappointed with it. There was very little espresso in it and it was quite bland tasting. The venue is too dark for my liking. You need the torch on your phone to get down the stairs and in the Ladies bathroom as you couldn't see anything. I won't come back here as I did not have a good time at all. read more

Sitting on Kings Road I had always seen this place and its always looked rather "dark" and yes its rather "dark" as you go inside too. Went for an early drink around 6ish when they had just opened. As i was in a large group, it seemed ok, we were given a large table near the door, and it was cold! Had to tell them three times to turn the AC off but no solution there, they don't seem to listen nor understand simple plain ole english. The drinks are ok, a bit overly priced for what they are, but it is Kings Road. Would I go back again?? Definitely not, as it was pretty early, the music was on pretty loud, and its dark inside, how are you even suppose to read the menu??? Need a flashlight for this sort of stuff!!! As for the toilets, NO LIGHTS INSIDE, so beware, take a phone with you so you can at least see what you're doing!!! Its probably an easy place to get drunk in past 10pm! Very much in the heart of Chelsea, Juju is a fantastic cocktail bar that offer amazing customised cocktails and drinks. The small yet cozy interior with sleek crisp leather seating and metallic elements make it seem like a typical stylish go-to spot for an evening meet up during the week or a perfect starter place for weekend partying. The cocktails menu is quite inquisitive and selection of different spirits impressive. The dim lighting in the club made it just perfect for your old camera iPhone to take reasonable pictures of you just managed to spot one of those 'made in Chelsea' crew members. They offer special promotional dinner nights through various guestlist agencies. They have manageable Italian finger food with baked vegetables. I'd say this place would do well if it expanded its restaurant concept more with menu options, instead of just advertising themselves for cocktails. I personally feel like the location gives more hype to the overall experience. Worth visiting for drinks. Would choose another place for a special occasion. read more

I went last Saturday with a few friends as hadn't been for ages and even though we had'nt booked a table we were really looked after. When the reserved tables guests did arrive we were really politely recommended a window seat to move to, which was actually better and we were walked to the table so i felt like a valued customer despite not booking a table of spending loads. In a world of minimum spends, this makes me want to go back to JuJu. I go to many bars and clubs and the minute i'm shunted off a table rudely or ignored at bar (when they KNOW you are there) I don't want to go back so this was refreshing especially in Kings road and with such a cool bar. Very impressed and will definately be going back and taking my friends! read more

The most awful customer service I've ever experienced in London! Don't think about organising an event there, the main organising lady, Milly, is a cantankerous, rude and arrogant person whose only focus is on the money aspects of your event - sorry to be so rude about someone but she was just awful! If I hadn't been stuck for a venue, I would definitely have cancelled! Some of my friends have also faced or heard similar criticisms about this place.. The bar itself is nice but there are a lot nicer bars in London to be honest - the one positive was that the cocktails and music were great! read more

The waiter told me he would not serve me an old fashioned because it was past 10pm. I insisted because there was almost no customers at the bar and he accepted to prepare it. Quality of the drink was really bad. The place was really loud (making it difficult to maintain a conversation) and the crowd was young and definitely not classy people. read more

I was looking for a place to suggest to my girlfriend for her birthday party and i think i've found it! Came for a drink or two with friends on Friday night and really enjoyed it. You never know when you try out a new place how it will be, but the staff made us feel really welcome and thats a big plus for me and will make me go back. Now I have been to Juju about 5 times and to be quite honest is not a bad place. Decor is alright, cocktails are fine and I have never had any problem with the waiting staff there. Music is not bad and crowd is pretty mixed. I mean because it is in Chelsea you get the posh girls and surprisingly you get the not so posh ones too. I dont know if I will class it as up there I have been to clubs that are a lot posher. But for a reasonable night out Juju does the job. read more

Absolutely awful place, with even worse management. They completely ruined my 25th Birthday party. Hired out the private room, booking was given to someone else a week before with no notice. No one had the audacity to call me and tell me after I had gone ahead with booking my own DJ. I have lost hundreds of pounds. I have not even received any form of apology. No attempt has been made by management to make it right. I have emailed and called but have been consistently ignored. Terrible customer service. They don't value or respect their customers. Providing good customer service isn't a priority for them. A special mention has to go to "Aaron" who takes the bookings, he simply does not care. For such a prestige area the customer service simply does not match the postcode. Would put 0 stars if I could. read more
