And, surprisingly, another minority group is also unfriendly towards Blacks in this neighborhood. The hilarious thing is: The older Caucasians don't really want them around either ! They look at 'them' with the same disgust as they do with Black residents/visitors ! Libbie Mill has a pretty greenspace with a lake that's a nice place to sit/read, etc. The Caucasian residents who walk their dogs look at everyone that's not Caucasian as if they are beneath them. This is NOT an exclusive gated community. They knew this when they moved over here ! These streets are open to everyone. New businesses are opening up over here all the time but who wants to deal with classist, uppity residents and their pre-conceived notions about minorities (ESPECIALLY BLACKS !) and the judgemental looks & stares just to patronize these businesses ?!?!?!? The request of the settlement company had already been given to them more then once in two different ways. Because of Courtney's inefficiencies The paperwork that was provided Courtney said at the closing table that it was sufficient enough and that the buyer had no problem moving forward. Yet again in the ninth-inning Courtney came with the same request as she had already received one or two days prior to closing .
