The owner is a kind woman named Tina who has a fantastic Southern accent, and wants every customer to feel like their needs are being heard. She talked about offering personal shopping to those clients who don't have the time to make it into the shop, and I can tell that Tina would bend over backwards to bring someone anything they needed. She even called me "honey," which warmed my heart and made me want to drink sweet tea with her on a porch somewhere (in one of Over the Top's gorgeous hats, perhaps?).
