I knew that Julia was good, as is her staff (I have all of my personal policies as well as policies for two businesses with her office). Today however I have to upgrade them to a superstar rating. Had a car accident, 100% the other drivers fault, but they were "underinsured", meaning not enough coverage to pay for the extensive damage to my vehicle, so my State Farm insurance is having to manage it all. 3 months later and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me, the hang up is a billing dispute between the repair shop and State Farm. One call to Julia and the following business day I receive the call that she was able to get everything pushed through and handled. I really appreciate Julia and her team! read more
