Did not pack the dirt or use gravel filler for the drive way before pouring the drive. Did not stir the concrete when it was poured. only used 2 runs of rebar in the footers. Was supposed to pour 18" Wide X 14" deep footer, only poured 14" wide footer. Would not recommend, pay for a real professional company, will cost a little more but you will have a better job and less headaches down the road. I doubt that if I have any more issued that they will honor their 1 year warranty. I can send more photos to any one that is interested.

A Mastercraftsmen level contractor comes out and pours sugar in your ear. The crew comes out and does "the best they can". If you're dissatisfied well, we can fix it for more money. Oh, what's that, you want to talk to a complaints department, we don't have one of those. We can send someone out to tell you you need to pay more money to get it right though. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you do get every detail in writing, including the fact that you want your floor to be level at the end.
