Tops did our roof and eves in the spring of last year. Last week in mid July we notice the down…read morespout on the eve leaking badly. After inspecting it we noticed a spilt in the down spout. We called Tops and talked to the owner Joe. Told him the problem. He came down to the house the very next day while we were at work. He cleared the down spout of leafs that had built up to allow the rain to flow. He then later came to the house when we were home and explained why the rain was leaking. We told Joe we wanted the down spout replaced because of the split in it. The very next day Joe had the job done at no charge. Thumbs up Joe for great customer service. Ian L
