Everything I had -- the dinosaur leg, pulled ham, cole slaw, baked beans, smoked chicken, street corn, MAC 'N CHEESE (!!), corn pudding and homemade sauce s -- was slap yourself good. After all my helpings --- don't you judge me! -- all I needed was for someone to roll me in the trough, I mean, bed! Woooweee! I may have to move to TN so I can do this good eating at GrillBillySmoke now often... like twice a day, at least!

It's a family owned business they are so sweet and genuine, they really go above and beyond to make your day. Every time I go I'm greeted with the brightest smile and a smell that makes you want to buy the entire menu. The food is the absolute amazing. I should definitely take pictures before I eat but I'll be sure to update it next time I go. My favorite thing to get is the Chicken or Brisket Nod. God knows TheNod definitely earned its name. The Mac and cheese has the perfect amount of cheese and flavor. Which is very important to me. I don't eat pork so I love the fact that they have so many other options to choose from. & don't get me started on the banana pudding. The Banana pudding is out of this world! Just please get yourself down to Grillbilly's and give them a try, you will NOT regret it pinky promise.

They were out of a couple items when we went for an early dinner and surprisingly don't have spam on the menu, but we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything from what we got! The lil takana chicken katsu sandwich was crispy with a great sauce. The combo was a good deal and good way to try different things on the menu. The food came out quickly and we enjoyed with beers from next door.

Collectively we ordered kalbi beef, ahi tuna, loco moco, and hurricane chicken. My kalbi beef was the best I have had outside of Hawai'i. It was on the salty side, but the meat was a good cut, not fatty at all. Mac salad was perfect. The chicken and tuna my friends had was good as well. The loco moco was a little disappointing. The gravy was lacking in flavor and the patty was overdone. We've all been fortunate to live on or visit O'ahu and Hawai'i island many times, so our expectations are high! That being said... would I go back? Absolutely. The people were kind and happy to make suggestions. The food truck was clean and well-kept. I just wish the seasoning for the kalbi beef and the loco moco would have been a little better!
