Its a really welcoming place, quite trendy in its way with good cafe furnishings and a nice laid back style to it. The staff are young and friendly, but its somewhere that everyone can drop into and be made to feel very welcome. I love to drop in with a paper and just while away an hour or so people watching. The espressos are divine and quite reasonably priced i think, though its still a twice weekly treat for me. The pastries are really nice too, and theres a good choice of sandwiches and other snacks. It does get quite busy at lunchtime, and tables become very busy too. I went pretty early so was the only one in at the time and I was super happy with everything ... the layout was gorgeous ... the ambiance was amazing and I loved it all. There was sanitiser as I went in, mask mandate, and the NHS scan code. The food was exceptional and the coffee was one of the nicest I've had and the cutlery and crockery added a very nice touch. I went for the matcha waffle and a latte and OMG ... it was so good. I can't wait to get back up to Manchester to try more of the menu (oh and the gelato was in house made and amazing)
