We could not have made a better (or financially prudent) decision to trust Julie to sell our home. We hired Julie to sell my childhood home in Foster City after my mom passed away this spring. This was a difficult time for our family and a difficult decision for my siblings and myself to sell our childhood home. It is one of the higher end homes in FC located at the end of one of the islands, i.e. large water view. My dad bought the house new in 1974 and there was a bit of work to do to make it ready for sale. Since I lived out of state, I needed an agent who not only knew the market well, but also had a team to help us stage the house properly. We interviewed a number of good successful agents and chose Julie based on her market knowledge and her direct communication style. She had clear ideas about staging and what needed to be done.....trust me there was a bit to be done.
