Decent price for the size of the sundae which was huge, definitely large enough for 2 people to split. The strawberry gelato was amazing, the soft serve on the top wasn't my favorite, took away from the sundae a bit. If I were to eat here again I would definitely order a waffle, those looked AMAZING.

As you probably know by now (because I think I might have mentioned it a couple of times in other reviews) I am Vegan and I was incredibly excited when I saw there were ten vegan sorbet flavours to choose from (TEN!) plus dark chocolate too... This is one of those awesome Ice Cream Parlours that lets you try any and every flavour you want to before committing to one (or two, or a few)! After sampling a couple of the sorbet flavours, I opted for peach sorbet scoop along with an incredibly indulgent scoop of the dark chocolate, with strawberries on top. I expected it to come in a little bowl (seeing as I ordered a "2 scoop" bowl for £3.79 + 49p for fresh strawberries) and was pretty blown away when I was greeted by magnificent lookin' thing! My peach and dark choc sorbet dessert cost me less than £4.30 in total, which I think is fairly reasonable as a treat. Jojo's Gelato would make a super cute place to go for a date, to catch up with old friends (like I did) or take the kids as a special treat! My (non Vegan) friends got incredible looking waffles with ice cream, fruit and whipped cream! I struggled to finish mine and couldn't even consider looking at the waffle dishes for too long, let alone eating them! The only thing I didn't enjoy about this place is that it was quite nippy, we were sat in there for about 1.5 hours so I really felt the chill.

They've got a great range of flavours, almost too many as it's too hard to decide, so I ended up going for the standard 'traditional'. I wasn't disappointed - the filling was tasty and the pastry perfect, the right mix of flake and stodge. I'd say my grandma probably makes the best pasties in Devon, but I suppose I'm biased... I often find that shop-bought pasties are a bit of a let down, too-thick pastry filled with lots of potato and not enough of anything else. This was not my experience of Our Cornish Pasty Shop. I went for a classic steak pasty and it quite literally knocked my socks off! The meat was tender, the pastry was just the right consistency...watch out granny, you've got new competition!! The range of pasties is just right...not so many that you're left confused, but enough that you aren't left with a simple meat or veggie decision. I'm a bit scared of some of the more unusual ones, like Chicken Tikka...I am of the opinion that a pasty should stick to the original rules! Sadly in the morning once I woke up i didnt have an appetite but I still went to check it out. Since I didnt have an appetite I was deciding on whether I should grab tea or something sweet instead of plain coffee so I ordered myself a mocha which was very tasty. I didnt feel like eating anything so i ordered the breakfast smoothie so I can drink that while on the way to the airport. They didnt have wifi there but it was ok since I still had alot of data and had my kindle so that I can read a bit. The place is really roomy, enough tables and seats plus great decorations on the walls. Really wanted to try the sweet potato hash though but maybe another time if I ever come back to Brighton.

Alongside dozens of food stalls selling chocolate related products, there was chocolate demonstrations and masterclasses. My favourite bit however, had to be eating all the free samples and discovering wonderful new chocolatiers like William Curley and Damien Allsop. Keep your eyes peeled to the website to check out when the next festival will be.

However, despite the questionable location Farm have chosen, this place is fantastic. Being next to Bill's is a big gamble, but I would certainly be tempted to come here over their more illustrious neighbour. I hope Farm does succeed in staying in business, because they really do offer a fantastically modern and cosmopolitan, organic meal.

They use local and organic produce, and locally made bread and they have a seasonal menu, meaning their dishes change according to which vegetables are in season. The décor reflects this ethos- it feels homey and earthy, if a little contrived- but in fairness it would be hard to create a totally authentic farm café in the middle of Brighton! I think they've done quite well- the sandwiches are really fresh and delicious and the bread is really nice. They have soups and other winter warmers too. Every time I've walked past, it has been packed. Perhaps this will be the café to give nearby Bill's a run for their money? Farm may not be quite as high on the cool barometer, but their food is up there!
