Location is very clean, neat and modern. One thing I will note is that most of the technicians spoke english while in our presence, which we felt was respectful. The technicians we're very friendly and kind and we're very good at their job. It was my husband's first pedicure, and he was a little nervous, but he loved it. And he loved chatting with my technician, a man who had a great sense of humor,which vibes well with us. She was getting a mani/pedi and I was just getting a pedi so she got there before me. She had shown them a picture with a pretty yet simple design and they ultimately didn't do it. They also persuaded her into getting powder dip nails and didn't discuss any pricing, so she felt a bit blindsided at checkout. Her pedicure turned out great though. My pedicure also turned out great! However, the technician who did my pedicure dug a little too deep into my cuticle and my toe was throbbing by the end of the night. Also, the color selection for gel colors is very unorganized and it was irritating having to dig through baskets of color swatches to find what I wanted. I got a full set plus a gel pedicure. Bon did my gel-x set and did a great job- he got the design perfect and took his time. I've already had them for a week with no lifting and great retention. The gentleman who did my pedicure was great as well, I got a massage and the lotion used spelled amazing and hydrated the hell out of my legs (which as a girl in Buffalo in the Winter iykyk the cold kills you) I was even offered some water which is always a great plus.
