The technicians we're very friendly and kind and we're very good at their job. It was my husband's first pedicure, and he was a little nervous, but he loved it. They get busy, so there can often be a wait, especially if you are getting a design, but to me it is worth it! I arrived early for my appointment and even when I said I didn't mind waiting, they accommodated me. They had a waiting room full of people and were very quick to start clients and multitask in between (ex: starting a full set while letting a gel mani soak off). I get acrylics for the solid reason that I bite my nails and this allowed them to grow, but not anymore. She proceeded to cut my natural nails all the way down to my skin which made me start tearing up.
