They tried unsuccessfully to open the car doors and 5 minutes before we were supposed to be set up they were going get a different bouncy house from the warehouse. They said it would be about 30-40 minutes. An hour later they come back and set up the bouncy house, mind you this is 1.5 hours from when set up was supposed to happen. No tables and no chairs... When it came time for payment Sergei was rude and unprofessional. In the end they took $60 off our total, but I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend.

When they set up what we ordered, mostly water slides, they always climb in and make sure everything is clean and safe for our littles. I love that they are fully insured, the drivers are courteous and professional. Some of our parents even use them for their own private parties regularly as well. The prices are reasonable, and they have lots of options. It is also great knowing that we can rent a dance floor or extra chairs and tables for our family events from the same trusted company. Our only apprehension going into it was that we had noticed Luna's reviews were very good but they were all fairly recent. We figured it was a new business and decided to use them to supply the tables/chairs for our party since their quote was beyond reasonable with delivery/pick-up included. On the day of our party, they were running about 15 minutes behind and were communicative. They helped carry everything into the backyard. The tables/chairs were of good quality and everything was very clean. The following day, we got all the tables/chairs folded up and they carried them from the backyard back to their truck. All in all, a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family looking for event rentals and they will be the first place I contact for my next party.
