I have never had an experience like this ever going to a doctor's appointment in my lifetime. First…read moreit's in a hospital. I arrive 10 minutes early go inside and the guard instructs me where to drive around the hospital. So I'm seeing everything except 3000 on the building. Mind you I had vein surgery the day before. So I'm walking all the way down to 2000 walk into that building and ask a nice lady where is the 3000 address she shows me. Finally I go inside it's 7 minutes and their cut off for seeing a patient is 5 minutes. I'm talking about 2 minutes! The receptionist relayed this to the doctor. She has no other patients and refuses to see me! This is totally unacceptable behavior for a doctor especially given this situation and she's a psychologist. Extremely unprofessional as she knows I've been dealing with some issues. The front desk girl goes back to personally talk to her and she still refuses to see me! Mind you I have driven across the state paying a toll for this treatment! Also I called the office 3 times telling them I'm having trouble finding the office and it went straight to voicemail. Whoever is in charge of this policy needs to take a read hard look at this treatment for people that are seek mental health care. AlI the other doctor's I see has a 15 minute grace period. You are dealing with mental health care get it!

Instead of penalizing my tax service, the IRS penalized me, even though I filed and paid my taxes every year. Originally, I considered hiring a Tax Resolution Service to represent me. But, after reading reviews for those companies, it appeared to me that many of their clients were simply trying to reduce their tax debt. In my case, I had done everything right, and I did not want to be labeled or looked at as someone who was just wanting to have their taxes reduced. I wanted the fines eliminated!!! At first, I tried to explain my situation on my own to the IRS. They denied my request the first time to eliminate my fines, as they said that even though I used a tax service to prepare my taxes, the results were still my responsibility. Finally, I hired this law firm to represent me in an appeal. I have no idea how you explained the situation better than I did, but I just received letters from the Internal Revenue Service stating that my account for those years was settled and paid in full. Thank you!!!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!! I was facing around $15,000.00 in fines, and those fines were settled with the work you did representing me.
