Horrible Horrible Service!! We booked in advance and when they brought the water slide they are unprepared/ unequipped! Try to charge us extra for a generator and told us WE had to pick it up! Save your time and book someone else! read more

This place is horrible first they came to my home with no authorization while no one was home and broke into my side gate to begin to leave chairs and tables then they banged on my side walls to fit them in the door where very rude and ripped me off at the time of delivery quoted me one price then charged me a higher price last min afterwords took two weeks to pick up would not recommend at all read more

Went in to reserve party supplies and a jumper/ bounce house for my neice and nephew's birthday at this small family owned business a week in advance. They seemed friendly and had reasonable prices. However on the day of the event, they took forever to deliver. When they did, they were late, rude and everything was dirty. With my experience, I highly wouldn't recommend. Will not use again. Two stars only because they had reasonable price, and had good in store customer service. Otherwise, one star. read more

So here's my experience. I just rented the combo bounce/slide, tables and chairs, and ordered a piñata for my daughters 3rd birthday. I asked to have it delivered by 10am as her party was at 11. They showed up just after 10 ... Which was fine, still before the party. When I went to set up the tables and chairs, 2 of my 3 tables had mold on them. 6 of my 24 chairs were filthy! Between the mold, crusty food and caked on dirt, I was upset! Brushed it off as they were busy and didn't have time to clean them. Now the bounce house ... That thing smelled HORRIBLE! It smelled like someone peed in it a year ago and it was never cleaned. The compressor was loud, overbearing in my huge backyard. We made it work, but definitely was not a happy customer. So then the piñata. I had the 3 foot tall Jesse (toy story) piñata. There was no hole to put the candy in so we ended up cutting a hole on her backside and stuffing her. When we hung her on my patio, she was so heavy she ended up falling (from 5+ feet up) 3 times. She didn't break like a normal piñata would (which I was thankful for at the time). After the 10 kids beat the heck out of her, she still didn't break open. I ended up grabbing the bat and beating her myself until I finally picked it up and ripped her open. When I did that, I ended up with cuts all over my hands! Deep cuts, blood and all. The piñata was made with dozens and dozens of staples! I have never had staples in my piñatas in the past, so this was definitely a surprise. Luckily it was an adult the picked it up, and not on of the little kids. So when it came to picking up the stuff, they asked me what time was good for me when they originally dropped it off. I told them it didn't matter. So he asked "we start picking up at 8am. So what's better ...8..9..10?" I told him the later the better, but please make sure you call first so I can be ready. He said "okay, 2pm it is". Low and behold they are ringing my doorbell and pounding on my door at 830am, no phone call. My dogs were going crazy, my kid was screaming, and I was trying to get them under control. I know he could hear me rounding everyone up, yet he continues to ring the bell and knock loudly. I was not pleased with my experience at all. I order bounce houses at least twice a year and this had to be my worst experience ever. I will never do business with this company again. read more

Terrible service! long story short we booked a mechanical bull for our new years event 1 month prior to event, mind you that this was a sanctioned event with over 500 people in attendance planned, flyers made and the mechanical bull was the main attraction. 1 week before event we called to just touch bases with company to set up meeting time for the day of event to meet at venue to set up bull they did not answer any of our calls or texts. so for the rest of the week we try and try and try finally we get a text saying "sorry we missed your call" so I call back and they say there mechanical bull operator will call me back, never did. So the night before the event we are calling all around trying to find another bull or else our event will be ruined. Good thing a place had one left and they rented it to us "Rogers Entertainment" they were great! This place had no consideration of our event even a simple hey im sorry our bull broke down or we accidently double booked something to us so we can move forward and find another avenue. they never bothered even the day of the event didn't call or text nothing. I hope you DO NOT rent from this place our sanctioned event could have been totally ruined if we didn't find another bull the night before. read more
