Use only Uber local transportation for Lawton if you can, the local taxicab outfits are just…read morehorribly rude to customers over the telephone, the Uber driver (Robert) who took me home from the local hospital last week was nice, rendered prompt service, and the vehicle was a late-model SUV and clean....this was my first Uber ride ever and I don't think I will ever call a Lawton taxi again....the Uber app is a permanent fixture on my Android phone...i used Paypal as the payment method, Uber fair is cheaper than cabs, Robert was so nice and I gave him a $2.00 tip...I have to make it a habit to keep a few ones in my wallet for the nice Uber drivers I may rarely need avoid cabs around here like the plague, they treat customers like the customers owe them a million dollars, they are so pissy about competition from Uber, I bet

The dispatcher sounded drunk. We called all these companies trying to get them to pick us up for the airport. We had a 6am flight and made our first call at 3:50am. They kept saying they were coming, argued with us that there are no 6am flights. They never showed. At am we called people's cab which picked us up 25 min later and we got there just in time for boarding. These guys never called back, we never heard from them. CALL PEOPLE's CAB. I am military and hadn't seen my family in over a month. If it was up to these guys, I would never had made my flight. Scumbags

I work for a company that ships with FedEx more than $5B a year. That's billion with a B! I was never treated so poorly by an associate, let's just call her Christina. Her poor and almost belligerent behavior was so bad I just left. Do me and others that value FedEx so highly a favor and don't put her as the face of your company!
