    Exploring bouncy houses!
    Bobbie A.

There's so much here for the kids to do. They loved it! They have a 5% military discount also! Only reason I gave it a 4 was because the eating area wasn't very comfortable, it was closed off with nothing but the table and chairs. Other then that, this place is great!

My children (ages 5 and 2) really enjoy this place. There are a lot of different jump houses where kids can jump, climb, slide, and play (bring socks....), as well as an area that has coin operated games like what you see at an arcade (think claw machine). And a few indoor plastic houses, baby walking toys, bouncy balls, rides like what is outside a grocery store, and a large indoor jungle gym type of area. There are bathrooms (which are clean any time I go), and a concession area (overpriced... I won't lie). My only complaint is that I can't be the ultra lazy parent and sit in one place and see everywhere. Occasionally, if I can't see my kids, I have to get up from my bench and make sure they are OK. But... They love this place. And have fun...and aren't watching TV while they are here. SO..... I recommend it. For kids under about... 10?

Amazing little fun place for kids!! Very clean and fun for my 6 year old and 2 year old. So many fun things to do for free, but also a kid arcade. 6 large inflatables, huge indoor jungle gym and small kid area. Only $10 for my entire family to have fun. Best day.

They turned a bunch of families away at 2:15 even though they don't close till three. Great business model.

405 Productions was recommended to us for our prom by the venue (The Manor at Coffee Creek) where…read morewe held our prom. Logan was very professional and personable. He did a GREAT job with everything. He would check in with me throughout the night to make sure everything was going alright. The songs were very appropriate for a high school dance: the teachers and principals were pleased and so were the students (not an easy task). We also used their mirror photo booth also which the kids LOVED. At one point, the printer ran out of paper and Logan fixed everything, but he also had someone bring another printer, just in case. Being a public school, the way we have to pay for services is a little different and Logan was very accommodating and patient with all of that. Thanks for everything!

We knew when we started planning this was going to be a very important part of the event but we didn't even consider just how much of a role the DJ/MC would play in the flow of things. We had a kind of unconventional open mic session of toasts and benedictions. My husband and I had a beautiful time hearing stories and it would NOT have been that way without Mikey (DJ/MC) running the show. By the end of the night, everyone was on the dance floor and were worn out! 405 Productions suggested the mirror photo booth and they were absolutely right--the mirror photo booth was an absolute hit. Logan not only made everyone happy at the photo booth but he was soooooo helpful with our guest book and we are very thankful for that. Our guest book is an amazing souvenir. We requested digital copies of our photo booth pictures (and asked for a photo or two to be removed) and a rough list of the reception playlist (we had so many compliments) and they were again very accommodating and happy to deliver. Lastly, They were awesome communicators and organizers with the whole event. I don't know if texting is how people normally handle this stuff but it was a breath of fresh air in terms of organizing - especially on the go and since we were organizing with other people. They really blew us away and we are so grateful that we have such positive memories with all of our family and friends. They are well worth your money!

It saddens me to write this review, because I thought Sarah was great prior to my wedding day, but…read moreunfortunately I feel like I need to share my negative experience. I purchased beer/wine/signature cocktail bartending services on my wedding day for 250 guests. This was to include mixers, napkins, cups, ice, and iced water to be served on/near the bar. Our total headcount was less than 250 adult guests. A little over 1 hour into serving guests, the bartenders had already run out of cups. Not only that, but by that time, they ran out of simple syrup for one of our signature drinks. Tipsy Caravan had suggested that we buy 5 handles of whiskey for the signature drink and by the time they were out of simple syrup, they had only used 1 handle. Instead of buying more cups while we were eating dinner, the bartenders asked to borrow some cups from the caterers, which was not enough to supply the rest of the evening. Bartenders were informing guests they would only be able to get wine or cocktails if they reused their cups, which is embarrassing and unacceptable. A guest left the to go buy water bottles because there were no cups for people to drink water from at the bar. Beyond this, I heard from guests that bartenders were not knowledgable about which wine was which and seemed to "have no clue what they were doing." The Coles Garden venue coordinator told me that the bartenders "seemed to know nothing about the event" and that they had issues with the bartenders they had to address during the evening. I understand that mistakes happen, however, it does not seem that Tipsy Caravan did much of anything to correct their mistakes. There was never a line at the bar after cocktail hour because there were no cups, so they had plenty of time to correct this mistake. It is really upsetting to think you are hiring an experienced team and getting an underprepared set of bartenders who guests said had no idea what they were doing. Not only that, but after cocktail hour, the bartenders were basically just dispensing cans/bottles, as they were unable to serve mixed drinks or wine due to lack of cups, even though we paid for beer/wine/signature cocktail services for 4.5 hours. We spent so much money on alcohol that is now going unused. My guests still had fun, but told me I should have paid more for an experienced bartending team. I reached out to Tipsy Caravan to make things right, but they only refunded me $25 for cups and $25 for simple syrup. I am totally embarrassed and hiring Tipsy Caravan will be my worst memory of my wedding day.
