Ooof I hate giving poor reviews but this place was a very rough experience. All kinds of dangers and no staff monitoring at all. It was also VERY hot and humid and it wasn't even warm outside. There were big kids climbing on the very tops of the bouncy houses and squashing children below. I told them to stop doing it but they continued after I had walked away. No workers in sight. There were also large children in the small child jump house. Also, you have to walk down a LONG hallway to get there. This is a super fun place for younger kids. They have a lot of great inflatable and even a small arcade area. Food is a little on the pricey side but it is available as well as drinks. Pizza, pretzels, hotdogs. I would suggest that your kids wear longer pants instead of short because my kids all got contact burn from coming down the slide! Some of those are really really fast! I saw several kids get injured and one little girl had to be carried out because she couldn't walk on her ankle. You have to supervise your own kids obviously. Kids under two are free with a paid admission. It cost $10 plus tax for each child. Adults are free and can help out in the inflatable if you're under 175 pounds read more

There's so much here for the kids to do. They loved it! They have a 5% military discount also! Only reason I gave it a 4 was because the eating area wasn't very comfortable, it was closed off with nothing but the table and chairs. Other then that, this place is great! read more

They turned a bunch of families away at 2:15 even though they don't close till three. Great business model.

My children (ages 5 and 2) really enjoy this place. There are a lot of different jump houses where kids can jump, climb, slide, and play (bring socks....), as well as an area that has coin operated games like what you see at an arcade (think claw machine). And a few indoor plastic houses, baby walking toys, bouncy balls, rides like what is outside a grocery store, and a large indoor jungle gym type of area. There are bathrooms (which are clean any time I go), and a concession area (overpriced... I won't lie). My only complaint is that I can't be the ultra lazy parent and sit in one place and see everywhere. Occasionally, if I can't see my kids, I have to get up from my bench and make sure they are OK. But... They love this place. And have fun...and aren't watching TV while they are here. SO..... I recommend it. For kids under about... 10? read more

Id give zero stars if I could. Pizza was cold asf. one was supposed to be cheese and one pepperoni but we got two pepperoni. I payed $60 for a mascot just for them to basically stand there and do nothing and not really interact with the kids at all. I have videos from the whole night with everything messed up. They also rush you to get out the rooms and out of the play area. They give you 15 minutes to set the party up and you cannot do it before the party, it has to be done during And they still charged me for 15 kids when I only had 5. Amazing little fun place for kids!! Very clean and fun for my 6 year old and 2 year old. So many fun things to do for free, but also a kid arcade. 6 large inflatables, huge indoor jungle gym and small kid area. Only $10 for my entire family to have fun. Best day. read more

I'd give this place zero stars if possible. Went to a cousins 4th birthday party. No staff on the floor supervising the kids even though every single inflatable states on the front "Do not use without operator present", as well as kids breaking arcade games and no staff there to stop them. Half of the games in the arcade were broken. Nobody checks to see if you have waivers signed for the kids, nobody checks to make sure you are leaving with your own kid or even check in so that there's a system of accountability for your kids to leave with you and nobody else. The party room was small and cramped. They charge a late fee if you're not out of the party room within 5 minutes after the party, which if any of have ever been able to pick up, load the car and be out in 5 minutes then please teach me how. Overall staff were not attentive, welcoming, or friendly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. They will get hurt, they have made it easy for kids to be taken from this place due to their inability to have a system of tracking who's kids belong to whose parents. This is my favorite bouncy castle play area in Oklahoma. It's clean, and my kids always have a great time. There are several different bouncy castles or bouncy houses and each one is different and fun. They have a small arcade area, and you can rent rooms for parties and order pizza. All kids must have socks on at all times, and they obviously can't wear shoes in the play zone. They have a cubby area to put shoes in, and best of all Jump Zone does not smell 'funky' inside. I would recommend this place for parties and play dates. I believe it's $10 per child to play and free for adults to enter. read more

Daughter-in-law called to inquire about a party and she was sold their biggest package for $250 for 25 kids. Was suppose to come with the room decorated and when we walked in nothing had been done. Luckily we had brought our own tableclothes and balloons. Kept trying to ask staff what all did $250 buy and basically that pays for 45 mins in the room and 1 hr of jump time. After decorating we only had enough time to sing to her and pass out cake. She ended up having to open her presents at home by herself. It would have been wiser to have the party next door at pizza hut and pay for the 8 kids to jump. read more

It was fun for the kids but if you're kids are like the ones that were with me, I could not get them away from the arcade. They did enjoy the blow up toys though and were worn out when we left! My son is 4 and absolutely loves it there. Our last visit before this time was almost 2 years ago and he was not very into it, although they have "remodeled" and there is a "toddler zone" there aren't any staff supervising the kids and there were some 9-10 year old boys playing in the toddler zone nearly trampling the little ones. They have set up a cute game area similar to Chuck E Cheese's where they can win tickets in exchange for prizes which is a big hit for my son. We went on a school day so it wasn't too crowded. My kids had fun on the bouncy toys. The problem the kids had was the game section. Games were not maintained very well half of the games weren't working correctly or not giving tickets. My two young nephews were visiting from out of town, and I knew that after all of their traveling, strapped in a car seat, they'd have energy to burn. My sister and I took our boys (two 2-year-olds and a nearly-4-year-old) to Jump Zone one Monday morning shortly after they opened. We had the entire place to ourselves. Most of the inflatables at Jump Zone were too big for our littlest guys, but the older boy had a blast. There is a toddler inflatable, but it has a sign posted, saying, "Parents 5 feet tall and under are welcome to help their children," on the toddler inflatable. Whatever! When my son got "lost" in the "maze," his 6' tall aunt saved the day. I think if Jump Zone had been crowded the day we went, and if there had been a lot of older children there, we would have not had a very good time, with the little ones being intimidated and their moms being panicked as the big kids crashed and bounced into the "babies." I am sure there are times when Jump Zone is crowded with lots of older kids, but as it is, we had a great time. We'll definitely be back, but we'll stick to our early-morning weekday slot to avoid crowds. read more

$7 to let your kid run around a big room with multiple inflatable slides, moon bounces, and inexpensive arcade games--- Uh, YA!!!! My four-year-old niece loved this place. There are sections designated for specific ages (toddlers in one corner / kids at least 60" tall in the opposite), but the open layout makes it easy for an adult to sit in a central location and keep an eye on any part of the room. House-play toys are also available in the central opening for the freshly-walking kiddos. Individual party rooms can be reserved for birthday heroes or princesses, and I believe live characters visit Jump Zone on occasion as well. The arcade games produce tickets, but the prizes aren't cheap! I suggest to accumulate tickets over a few visits to make the cash-in prize worth your while. When you arrived, don't be deterred by the windowless front door and long entrance hallway--the door under the large "Jump Zone" sign is the right place for an hour or two of entertainment for your little ones. read more

I reviewed your website for WEEKS prior to coming to OK from NC. We where every much excited to play at your location. Meaning I have 4 children and on a tight budget moving here I figured we would come check you on on Tuesday the buy one kid get one free deal. Only to arrive and be told that deal is no longer valid. She knew what I was talking about but yet refused to honor it. Stating that the owner had been in the hospital since the end of JAN. But by the time I got home to write this your website was updated. The said well she would take $2 off. I was like your joking right? O and then she tried to up sale me Trying to get me from spending what I thought was $14 to now $35!!! Not happening. Your site states that a parent under the weight of 175 can play and help your children on the inflatables only to get there and see signs that state NO PARENTS ALLOWED!!! Well of course we are FREE we can not play with out children. When I asked she said well we let you if it is not busy. But it is the laws. I said well that is not what it says on the website. You also have a email posted on the wall stating that there are suppose to be 2 people watching the jumpies at all time. But no employees where in site. I don't think that hanging out in the office counts. Any 85% of the 30 mins we where there only 1 employee was there at any given time. Also 1 jumpy was down, the other one the kids could not bounce on cause it was "flat". We where only there for about 30 mins. I am requesting that you send me a refund in the amount of $26.00 and please update your website with correct information. Please let me know if you would like to mail it or for me to go and pick it up. This is NOT what I expected. HORRIBLE experience. Owner refused refund offered free passes to this place not interested! Edited to say: Owner has down right REFUSED to give me my money back. Very POOR customer service. States they only have high schoolers working for her so she can not have 2 people staffed at a time. Per state law.. We had our sons birthday here and at first we thought it was a bit pricey but when we got there it was huge and the kids loved it! We had our own room for our party and to hold all items and they had someone assigned to us that helped with presents, cake and clean-up. She was very sweet and so helpful. It was nice cause i got to stand back and actually enjoy the party and take pictures! We will definitely go back. read more
