They came out, set it up, we noticed it wasn't the exact one we'd requested, they immediately, cheerfully, and apologetically ran back to get the correct one and still had it up before the set time. Their attitude was exceptional and demeanor sincere. Of course all the kids had a blast and the unit worked flawlessly. The bounce house was well secured to the ground and the power cord and fan positioned out of the way of children. When it neared the scheduled pick-up time, we received a call asking if we'd like to keep it longer--no additional expense. The kids of course all cheered and played well into the evening and even the next morning/early afternoon. Yep, we got to keep it over night even. I'm not sure if this was a polite gesture from the early mix up or if it was actually helping them out schedule wise, but it didn't matter to us. They offered to pick it up at the agreed upon time had we declined the offer to keep it. So it was just another example of killer service. I can't recommend them enough based on our experience.

Very communicative during the hiring and planning phase. Her contract helps you think through everything and gives her all she needs to be ready for the day of the event. Day of, Raechel was on time, friendly, relaxed, and so well-prepared! She has the coolest kit you've ever seen, and a special chair for kids to sit in while she paints their faces. Her prices are more than reasonable for all that she brings: the level of skill and professionalism, great energy and attitude, as well as very high quality products - worth thinking about when you consider letting your little ones having their faces painted. Each kid (and adult) subject was different. Some were fidgety, some were nervous, some were super shy, some were wild... she treated each of them with respect and kindness. It was very cool to see. As a mom herself, I think she treats the kids the way she would like her kids to be treated. She was just so lovely with them. They failed to send a final confirmation the Wednesday before the event, and when asked about it, they blamed it on "technical difficulties". Great venue, bad ownership.

PROS: - The staff will leave you alone once you get on their nerve and it'll be a show. Plus, theirs too many damn kids running around for them to care for it all. While they fixed the problem, stuff like this should in my opinion never happen in a kids play area if it's being taken care of properly. After looking around I found several rat and mice traps out in the open and some exposed wiring from a computer that was sitting where any child could access it. The walls are dirty and the rides are too. No hand sanitizer in any stations and several areas had foam missing or coming off.

The girls loved every game we played. The games and rides were kind of expensive but the playground is a good price I thought.
