This place is great for adults too, and I know they have both kids and adult classes and various times of the day/week. The staff was kind and accommodating. There is an area on the side with a large table that is great for the party to enjoy cake and snacks. For birthday parties, Flipshack with provide small plates and forks for the cake. We were also allowed to store some items in a fridge to stay cold until they were served. This was a fun way to celebrate a birthday and let young children expend some energy!

The space is kept tidy and clean, the staff is always super friendly and I cannot say enough good things about the open gym time. My daughter loves getting to see kids run and play, and even though she's the smallest child there (it's honestly better for kids 2 and up and she's only 1) it's a good place for her to have some children interaction. They rent spaces out for birthday parties, and i'm thinking it might be a good place for her 2nd birthday - this mom likes to plan ahead. If you have active little ones with tons of energy, flipshack offers a safe and fun place for them to run around!

Keep your children away from here. We are removing our children…read more One of the instructors told our 6-yr old daughter, who was just a beginner, that if she accidentally ran into him while practicing, he would "flick" her skin, to use pain as an "incentive" to get her technique right. Needless to say, this "method" is not acceptable. When my wife confronted them about it, they said they were joking. Then when our daughter came home, she showed us a scratch on her leg from his "incentives," which we photographed. So not only are they abusive of children, they are liars. At this point, they should be happy that the worst outcome they're going to experience from this is a negative review; instead of a lawsuit.

My daughter has been going to Sundance for about 3 months. My first impression was how well kept the building is. After working in numerous gyms, you just kinda just expect the lingering smell of feet to be part of the experience, but not here. The gym is kept in immaculate condition (including the pit, which is tough work to do). As for the coaches...we have had Coach Kathy (for dance and gym), Coach Olivia, Coach Kayla, and Coach Jennica (spelling?). We have loved them all!! They really care about the kids and get to know them and the parents personally. They are attentive to each child's individual needs and limitations and conduct the classes in a way I feel to be very safe and fun. I have found the owners Kathy and Steve to be very approachable and it is obvious they love the kids. Additionally, I have observed the teams workouts (as one of my daughter's classes is on Saturdays) and this gym has produced some very talented kids with above average technique. It is apparent that they really take the time to perfect basics before moving on to more difficult skills. As for pricing. It is extremely reasonable and payments are in 8 week "semesters" for recreational classes. There is a wide variety of programs to choose from (hip-hop, ballet, tumbling, cheer, a new ninja class, birthday parties, open gyms). Free trial class too! I would recommend Sundance 100x's over. We have found our "gym home." :)

Aerials runs the best program in town and probably the whole state. I cant say enough about how happy we are here, and we've been to almost every other gym in town and Aerials is by far the most structured. My kids skills have exploded since coming to Aerials and my 8 year old competed L4 for the first time this year and did amazing. the coaches really pay so much attention to the whole gymnast and develop them as a person not just a gymnast. respect, responsibility and sooooo much fun! GO AERIALS!!! Jesse is one of my daughters coaches and I couldn't disagree more with another review on here. She has so so much to offer and has taught my child so much in a kind and loving way. Gymnastics is hard and it's not for every child but that's not a reflection of the coach. Kids cry, they r learning and doing amazing things and it's not always easy but Jesse is great at spotting students doing big big skills and has always been very kind and loving to both my children. She is my sons favorite coach. Sometimes parents have a harder time with things. If I can give some advice, it's to support and back your coach. That's so important.

It's great to see them develop these capabilities and as they become more skilled they get moved to something more difficult which pushes them that much more. The coaches and their organization are top notch. You'll see dozens of children during certain evenings and the drills and transfers between stations happen incredibly smoothly. The coaching really drills the kids and I'm very impressed with their dedication. Also recently have done a week long summer camp on top of his normal classes and he was able to have some fun while also working on some of his skills. Also the girl did her birthday party there and was a great chance for them to run around and do some rolls in the big kid gym. Overall very happy with Aerials and enjoy seeing the results of the kids hard work.

when you first walk in the gym it looks very boring. but trust me, it is not boring at all. I'd say…read morethis gym is more aimed towards women gymnasts though as there are no rings, but they do have mushroom circling and the parallel bars. All the coaches are really fun and the majority of them are young and sweet. You start the class with plenty of stretching, about 15 minutes. Then you go to your apparatus. Normally you get floor, vault, then either bars or beam depending on the week. This gym does not go by levels though, which I find awesome. for recreational girls gymnasts, they offer basic, beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate, and advanced rec. If you are interested in putting your kid in mens gymnastics classes, there is only one class. I can't really name all the toddlers gymnastics but there are 3-4 classes for toddlers. Which is good considering that toddlers are 1-4 years old. This gym offers the casual USAG XCEL classes. Bronze through Diamond and everything in between. What's really fun about this gym is that every 2nd and 4th Saturday they do open gym, where you can come practice your skills. If there was only one gymnasium in Colorado, this should be the one and only gym.
