It's our first time here and love it- the staff is tentative and they have multiple rooms for kids…read moreto learn gymnastics! The bathrooms are clean which is important since I usually just wait outside the gym and use the bathroom :) overall I recommend chameleon gymnastics as your child will enjoy learning a new skill with really kind instructors

This gym is the worst. They move kids back & forth in between different spaces so that parents…read moreeither have to sit upstairs in a disgusting viewing area shared with old, gross chairs, dirty windows & music business OR parents have to stand outside in the heat or cold in order to peer into their adjacent little gym & back again. They're the only gymnastics club in Castle Rock so maybe they think it's ok to run it this way, but it's so unacceptable. The lobby is always a chaotic mess that they also share with a second music business. There is no driver drop off or pick up protocol so parents will often line up 6-10 cars in a row & turn their cars off up to 30 minutes in advance right at the front doors in order to pick up their children which gives ZERO accessibility for drop-off for kids who need to get to class. The parking lot is a complete mess. This doesn't begin to describe the congested gymnasium with 5-6, sometimes 7-8 classes all going at once where I've seen competitive teams attempting to practice while toddlers, boy's team & all lower levels are trying to use the same space. It's honestly ridiculous. CRG consolidated 2 gyms into one with dismal failure. My child hates going to gymnastics now when she used to love it. I hate it, too.

Perfect place for littles to explore and get out all that energy. Although it's about an hour from…read morewhere I live, it was definitely worth the drive up. The staff are attentive and helpful. My almost 2-year old had a blast!! It was tempting for me (even as a grown adult) to jump on the trampoline and foam pit. Awesome gym that has more than just "gym" type equipment. It's a mix of slides, gymnastics, and climbing activities. Highly recommend and we'll be back!!

First time here and we had a wonderful time…read more We came for open gym, $10 for nonmembers ($5 for members) and it was like finding a hidden gem. Large open space that seems like nothing special but it is so nicely managed. Velcro secured blocks to the floor. there was a large trampoline, big foam pit and two smaller ones, two balance beams, tons of blocks, plenty of chairs, and a swing... but it's obviously rotated regularly. It was sized great for even kiddos who can't yet walk. If you're here a lot maybe older kids would get bored without direction but kids will be kids and play the whole time without it! The staff is younger college as expected but there were three people available which was more than I expected and all really nice. They were friendly and they did everything right. They gave us space, but circled around regularly, and added assistance when asked quickly and politely. And I don't mean just shouting answers from the other side of the room. They used every kids' names but weren't hovering. They encouraged play but weren't directive. It was just right. I asked about cleaning and the equipment because I'd heard very little about the place and had tried KidStrong nearby for classes. They replace foam cubes with bite marks often and I saw (no, wait, they saw) two and removed them while I was there. All of them had sharp new-ish edges that I saw. Four bathrooms with kid seats and changing tables. TLDR; I'd come back. With adult and kid friends.

Keep your children away from here. We are removing our children…read more One of the instructors told our 6-yr old daughter, who was just a beginner, that if she accidentally ran into him while practicing, he would "flick" her skin, to use pain as an "incentive" to get her technique right. Needless to say, this "method" is not acceptable. When my wife confronted them about it, they said they were joking. Then when our daughter came home, she showed us a scratch on her leg from his "incentives," which we photographed. So not only are they abusive of children, they are liars. At this point, they should be happy that the worst outcome they're going to experience from this is a negative review; instead of a lawsuit.

My daughter has been going to Sundance for about 3 months. I have an extensive background myself…read morein traditional gymnastics, cheer, and power tumbling (as an athlete, team and rec coach, and as USAG T&T judge for many years). My first impression was how well kept the building is. After working in numerous gyms, you just kinda just expect the lingering smell of feet to be part of the experience, but not here. The gym is kept in immaculate condition (including the pit, which is tough work to do). As for the coaches...we have had Coach Kathy (for dance and gym), Coach Olivia, Coach Kayla, and Coach Jennica (spelling?). We have loved them all!! They really care about the kids and get to know them and the parents personally. They are attentive to each child's individual needs and limitations and conduct the classes in a way I feel to be very safe and fun. I have found the owners Kathy and Steve to be very approachable and it is obvious they love the kids. Additionally, I have observed the teams workouts (as one of my daughter's classes is on Saturdays) and this gym has produced some very talented kids with above average technique. It is apparent that they really take the time to perfect basics before moving on to more difficult skills. As for pricing. It is extremely reasonable and payments are in 8 week "semesters" for recreational classes. There is a wide variety of programs to choose from (hip-hop, ballet, tumbling, cheer, a new ninja class, birthday parties, open gyms). Free trial class too! I would recommend Sundance 100x's over. We have found our "gym home." :)
