Staff was rude and abrupt to volunteers helping supervise the equipment at an event. No warning or introduction when coming to take down. "Times up. You gotta get them out." Was only said. Man was rude and impatient even though he gave us no warning that he would be taking down soon. When we tried to let other employees know about how rude he was to us, their response was "well it is noon and we have other places to be." Employees are definitely not kind or understanding which is necessary when working for a company running things for children. Children dont understand when you have to make them stop suddenly and parents get mad when their children arent treated fairly. There are much better ways to go about taking things down. Need to give warnings before take down and not be rude to volunteers that are just there to help with an event. read more

Over priced, no military discount. $8.99 for a 3 year old to play on 4 inflatables. And $13.99 for my 7 year old to also do the small zipline and moon bounce. Not worth it. Lazy staff that just hang our getting paid to do nothing because no one seems to be doing their job. My kid can't use the moon bounce or zip line if staff aren't there and they never are you constantly have to bug them to get them to do it something they should be that costs $5 more to do. The place had almost no customers on a Saturday. I wonder why... monkey Joe's in Augusta is $5 person 4 with a military discount. So it's not even what one person costs here with way more inflatables. Stick to monkey Joe's this place is a rip off compared to that. read more

I wouldn't blame you if you pulled up to this place and turned around and left. It looks so shady from the outside. And quite honestly, there are something's on the inside that are a little questionable, too. However, nothing is unsafe. They have several huge inflatables, an indoor trampoline, and ZIP LINE!! What more can you ask for on a rainy day with kids?! It is independently owned, unlike it's main competitor in town. The small business relies on DIY decorations and layout, so don't come expecting professionally and mass produced games or gimmicks. The interior is huge, so there is plenty of space for the kids to run around and lots of stuff to keep them busy. read more

Rented and paid downpayment. Called me the day before the party. Call them back, talk to a different girl I was told that I was set for delivery. Called by another girl the day of the party and told me that I had to cancel because of the weather. I said fine, I want a refund. I was told they don't give refunds just credit. No cancellation policies posted on their website. I will so glad when I am done with them. Just waiting for my son's bday. Will not rent from them again. read more

I took my kid here for a party in July and it was an awful experience for both of us! The woman behind the counter (who I later learned was the owner) was rude when I ordered water, as it was sweltering in there! I took a peek at the thermostat: 91! The floor was hard as a rock. One little girl got a nasty bump on her head after going down a slide. A few of the workers were nice enough. But that didn't make up for the laughable glow-in-the-dark mini golf setup or the zip line. Once I laid eyes on that cheap, clearly homemade zip line, I knew my son was getting nowhere near it. There is no way that could pass a safety inspection! The helmets were too big for most of the kids and the rickety wooden stand they fly off from...oh, no way! Oh, I nearly forgot the conversation I heard a few of the workers having about RATS! A place that serves (outrageously overpriced) food has a rat problem. Great.
