Oh heck no! I was with Geek Hosting until for about 6 years before they were bought out by Jumpline. The owner, Jason Bickey, is a complete imbecile especially with his back of the wood hillbilly dialect. I was allowed per GH to do my blasts of opted in subscribers. When these fools took over, that changed. Yet I was spending $2000 per year. Well, I took my business elsewhere. I had well over 90 domains hosted there. I dont recommend these people whatsoever or any hosting owned by the same owner(s). Their tech support is a joke. That is not support. It is rambling that refers a person to where to look it up. Now I pay 1/4 of that and receive 4xs better quality. However, I am grateful as it forced me to look for better. read more

Horrible ISP Hosting company. Jumpline owns HostingRails.com. After they verified that we had not used their service for most of the year, and I told them that I did not receive a notice, they absolutely REFUSED to refund me the close to $100 because of "Company Policy." The person on the phone made me feel lucky that I won't be overcharged for the following year. Why would I want to pay for 2 years' worth of unused service? If you visit their Facebook page, you will see another person that was overcharged as well. This is their true "Company Policy." Avoid Jumpline and HostingRails unless you like throwing money away. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an ISP/Hosting company. The first Yelp posting looks suspicious. I purchased a domain and web hosting services from this company several years ago for my business. This year I planned to non-renew since I already have several other domains and an updated website and hosting company. I logged into my site and removed my credit card information this past April, which was stated as a way I could cancel my membership for May 1st onward. The company used the prior information to renew me regardless of my request and when I contacted them on May 1st after receiving an email that I had been renewed, they stated there was nothing they could do for me. Once I renewed I had to wait another entire year and no part of the premium was refundable. What company on this planet is unable to cancel a service and issue a refund. I started with eMax Hosting years ago which Jumpline purchased so I ended up there. I have had them for a number of years and host a few web sites with them. One of them is very active with a forum and sales site. Although there have been a few small issues I've never had extended downtime and their response to support requests has been excellent. I even cancelled one site and it was quick and easy. While I am not sure I'd call them excellent (that I would make hard for anyone to get) they have been quite good and I don't have any reason to not continue to buy their services. It is especially good for the low costs. One thing I would recommend is that if you use their shared services which most people do, you should buy your own IP. It is not much and will keep someone else's bad habits from getting your server's IP on a blacklist. read more

I've been with Jumpline since May, 2013 and they have been amazing, they stay competitive and are always increasing their site space and offerings at to extra cost to me. The best thing is customer support, any question you have will be answered within 10 minutes. The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen. I also just opened another site with them and I got a nice discount on that for already having another account with them so I thought that was nice. As for customer support I absolutely love it. I would strongly recommend Jumpline to anyone who is looking for a good hosting company. Currently we are hosting 5 sites with them and have nothing but good things to say. read more
