28 Hours LATE for wedding! They kept lying to us telling us the tent was on the way. The owner,…read moreJeremy, acted like a complete jerk, never apologized and never tried to make it right. The tent was at another event, and when it finally showed up there were only two guys to set up a 60x90 tent. Wouldn't you send everyone possible including yourself when you are a day late for a rental? Nope. Instead we had to use our own equipment to finish setting it up. Now as the MOTB I am decorating a tent instead of spending the wedding day getting ready with my daughter. I'm late for makeup and hair and I now don't have time to take before pictures. Not only was the tent late and not there for rehearsal dinner, but it was dirty and torn. The chairs were also dirty and we had to wipe down 150 chairs on top of trying to get the tent ready. Not a single apology and we had to have a long, strongly worded conversation to get Jeremy to agree to refund the day WE DIDN'T HAVE THE TENT. Which was only $800 of a $4200 invoice. He should have refunded the entire thing and apologized until the cows came home. Do not trust this place with your special day because they do not cares. Oh and we never got the $800 refund, that's the kind of scum these people are.

It was supposed to be set up at 8 am on Friday so we could decorate it for the rehearsal dinner that evening and for the wedding the next day. Instead, they showed up after 8 pm and started setting up during the rehearsal dinner, so we got to listen to them banging in stakes through the dinner. They also had our tables and chairs, so we had to get our own tables and chairs. The chairs were filthy, the tables were beat up, and they still didn't have our tent set up until noon on the DAY OF THE WEDDING. And they forgot the round tablecloths for the cake tables. We were decorating up until right before the wedding. I was late for my makeup, hair, and pictures, and my nice relaxing day I had planned to spend with my daughter was ruined because of ABC Tent. To add insult to injury, Jeremy was horrific, having a full-blown man tantrum, telling us he would cancel our rental because I was upset. By upset, I mean crying and asking him how he was going to make this right, which he never did. He didn't refund us for the day we didn't have the tent, he didn't apologize, and he never once tried to go above and beyond. Instead, he did the bare minimum, even sending only TWO GUYS to set up a 60x90 tent when they were at this point 12 HOURS LATE. Horrific company that clearly doesn't care about screwing up your very special day.

The blue and white floor maps are completely discolored, and the carpet has clearly not been vacuumed in a long time. See pics attached.
