No line was good. Customer service left a lot to be desired. My husband thinks I should've gone to the actual DMV but I've never gone to either place so not sure what the difference would have been. Maybe, I would've received an actual ID on the spot rather than receiving a print out and having to wait to get the card in the mail (regular id not REAL id). I don't know. I know the DMV here isn't as busy as some in the lower 48 but sometimes you're in a hurry or you're like me you don't enjoy waiting 40 mins to handle a simple task. This place was extremely efficient and fast. I was in and out in under 5 minutes totally worth the few extra dollars to use them vs the actual DMV. New location is by Papa Johns. read more

Exelent service! It's a lot quieter and pretty good atmosphere, which is very good for taking the driver's tests. If course, there are a couple more steps you have to take, but I think it's worth it, because it's easier and the process is smoother. Also very good staff!
