we started renting from the Jordan Creek Juneau Self Storage site back in 2010 when they were first built. when we first started renting the cost of the unit was right around $120.00. we moved out of state so I could go to college and when we came back we moved to Wasilla. when I went to get our things out we found most of our furniture had been ruined by mice. there were droppings and urine over everything. unless it was sealed. we got most of the stuff and were planning another trip to throw stuff out and pick up the few things we left. During the years the prices went up. I understood some of the increases. soon we were over $200. This January they raised the prices to $320. I told them I was surrendering the unit and that they were not to charge my card again. That was four months who, each month I tell them to not charge my card. The only communication I have from them is the owner telling me to call and talk about it. I told him there is nothing to talk about, I refuse to pay that much for storage there anymore. Even after that communication they refuse to stop charging my debit card. I know in Juneau you don't have many choices, they have pretty much bought everyone else out so they can charge what they want, that probably explains the astronomical price increase. Be careful when doing business with them don't use your bank debit card as I did. Use a card with good fraud protection so when they do not stop charging you can stop the charges. read more

Can't say enough great things. 24/7 gated access for customers. Online rent payments. Full time professional employees with normal office hours on-site. Not the cheapest in town, but definitely the most secure, clean, well run facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone! read more

Customer service is horrible. I was locked out of my storage because they charged me a fee for certified mail they weren't supposed to send me in the first place. Then I was sent an invoice for my last two months which I had paid for in person a week prior. They keep blaming everything on their computer glitch but don't seem to care to contact their customers to inform them that this may happen. Glad I moved out when I did. read more
