During my most recent visit, I told the provider that a specialist thought I could be anemic but…read moreafter requesting my most recent blood work results, this office wouldnt send it. So I was there to follow up on that. The provider looked and said I was low previously, which I was never told about even though i had mentioned i had a history of anemia, and he then did more blood work to check recent numbers. We spoke at length about how i had to have a transfusion in the past because i cant tolerate supplements. After a few days, i didn't get any results so i called to see if they had them in yet. The person who answered the phone looked and said i was low again, and told me the provider said to take the things i told him i couldnt take. I told this person that and i ended up getting put on hold and another person came on the line who was very rude and i told her the same thing. She said they would give a message to the doctor. So this is multiple times they ran bloodwork and they dont even tell you about the results or problems. They refuse to send it to other doctors. They disregard their incompetence and they are dismissive and rude when called. It has been weeks of no answers or help. I am just going to find another primary care physician since i can not trust or rely upon this office whatsoever. ​

Lucy always took the time to speak with me and make me feel comfortable. I pray Dr Pearson can see me from now on, or get another person like Lucy. Very sad

I had billing issues once and the front desk staff handled it so well it made a stressful time easy. Appointments are easy to get and there good and fitting you in last min. I never wait more than ten mins yet we are never rushed out the door either. Both doctors are very friendly and my boys love them both. Update: Been here for over a year now. We are well settled in and I couldn't be happier. Finding a Dr to replace your kids Dr is hard. I haven't had a single issue with this office. Not once. They're great with referrals also which is a big deal for some offices it seems. Not here. Anything THEY can do in office they gladly do. No shipping you out unless they have to which is also great.

I was recommended to this doctor's office after my doctor passed away . Doctor Williams of Galloway…read more was amazing . I never experienced what I have experienced at virtual when I was with Doctor Williams. I have been with Doctor piccone and at virtual and he is not at all anyone I would recommend. He doesn't listen . He doesn't follow up . I have spoken with him for over a year about experiencing sinus headaches and even let him know that I went to urgent care and they said I have rhinosinusitis. He brushed me off . The only time he listened was after several urgent care visits and finally me going to the hospital and my cat scan being abnormal showing calcification. Then finally when he saw those results because he thought I had a tumor he rushed for me to get a MRI . I waited after the MRI for him to call and discuss results with me and he never called even though I knew the results were in . I had to call only for him not to get on the phone and have his office manager tell me I was fine which still didn't tell me why I had calcification on my ct and why I kept getting these horrible sinus headaches and ear aches . Doctor piccoine said it was nothing else he could do for me . He said for the office manager to tell me he recommended a neurologist a while ago which was a lie . He never had and I asked for the date he had and no one had that information for me . Also because I suffered from regular migraines that had nothing to do with these different sinus headaches and ear aches for years I've taking furoset but it maked my sinus headache worse and doctor piccone said this to me and that he was changing my medication to tramadol. At first the tramadol didn't seem to work and I wanted to go back to the furoset but eventually i realized tramadol was much better for my sinuses . So I called to get more and he changed my medication back to furoset . Now I have been to 2 EnT doctors , Neurologist, and a Allergist and none of them recommend by him . I had to do all work myself . And they all keep asking the same question where is your primary doctor. No where to be found . Im trying to find another doctor but I have to stay with virtual until obviously I find someone but they only want your insurance they could careless about making sure you are well .
